My Friend Made Me Do It

Chapter 3

   At school Emma told the girls everything in tears including how the creepy woman gave her a cake made with dog feaces.

Bella laughed so hard thinking it was a joke but she stopped when she saw the frown on Emma's face. Sarah on the other hand believed Emma because she also had an encounter with a demon

"what have we gotten ourselves into?"

Sarah asked as she panicked.

"hold on! You wanted to prank her with dog feaces but you ended up eating it yourself ? This is the funniest thing I've heard today"

Bella said while laughing

"Can you just stop? its not funny and besides you might be next"

Emma shouted furiously

"oh please I haven't done anything to Camilla so nothing is going to come for me"

Bella rolled her eyes

"Hope you guys studied for your test today because I won't tell you the answers this time so if you didn't better do it now"

Sarah said before leaving Bella and Emma who were staring daggers at each others.

When the test results came out, Camilla's score was the highest, Ashley on the other hand didn't do well. Camilla noticed Ashley's sad face and assured her that she'll do better next time

"Ashley don't be sad we aren't done with the test we still have some papers to write. I know you'll do better and besides mum will still be proud of you so stop crying, you didn't score the lowest"

she said wiping tears from Ashley's eyes

"thanks for your sweet words but you don't know how I feel since you are always good at everything. Your life is so perfect unlike mine"

Ashley yelled then went home without Camilla.

Camilla became so sad after hearing what Ashley said to her

"she doesn't know what she's talking about. I have no mother or even father, all I have is a foster mom that treats me like trash. I'm sure Ruby will praise her for her scores and call me a failure like she did the other time"

she said to herself before going home

When she got home she saw Ruby waiting for her holding Ashley's test script

"where is yours?"

Ruby asked

"here"

Camilla replied then handed her test script over to Ruby

"what! aren't you ashamed of yourself ? I'm sure your mate did better than you, you loser"

Ruby shouted

"no mom I was the best in the class you can ask Ashley"

Camilla replied looking at the ground and trying really hard to hold back her tears

"you probably bribed or threatened the teacher I know what witches like you are capable of doing. Nevertheless I'm still disappointed you should do better and as for you Ashley my lovely daughter I'm impressed you got this score through your hard work not cheating"

"but mom I didn't cheat I also worked hard"

Camilla protested wiping tears from her eyes

"shut up and get out of here you parasite you disgust me"

Ruby shouted making Camilla cry harder.

Camilla ran to her room and sobbed till she fell asleep hoping to see Joe.
