Hello, new and old readers. My old readers know that I've been AWOL for quite some time, but when my email suddenly got spammed with over 300 emails (yes, OVER 300), I logged on to see what the fuss was about. Clearly, some of you are late to the game and are just now finding Andrew Garfield attractive because of No Way Home. Congratulations, you are officially 9 years late to the party. :)

Some of us have been here since 2012. Me included. Welcome to his fan club. He's hot as fuck.

Anyway, some things in this story haven't aged well, mostly because I was thirteen when I started writing it. Yes, THIRTEEN. I was basically a baby.

I'd like to address a couple of things for the new and old readers:

The Title: Again, I was thirteen and couldn't come up with a title. You have to have a title in order to even upload a story on here, so I came up with something quick. Sorry that it implies smut. I know some people are disappointed and thought it was misleading. Again, I was a baby. If you're looking for more than fluff, I added some sexy details to Andrew's version of the Epilogue. You're welcome.

The First Chapter: Lots of issues with this. LOTS. When I originally wrote the part about Andrew and Harper, I didn't explain the situation correctly. I'm aware that the way it's written sounds like rape. I'm a grown up now—I'm completely aware. It was supposed to be described as such, in Harper's version of the story: Andrew and Harper hooked up at a party and Andrew regretted it so he pulled a classic guy move and never spoke to her again. Not rape, just a classic guy move where you hook up and never speak to them again. *I do not condone rape/sexual assault in any sense.*

Claire: I did a lot of Wattpad reading on top of my writing and often saw main characters just like Claire (aka the slut shaming), so my under developed and pubescent brain thought it was normal to have that kind of main character. She'd be totally different if I wrote this story now. Women have the right to do whatever they want with their bodies, I know that and I believe that.

Some choice language: I had Andrew's character say "gay" and "retarded" in derogatory ways. I did that because that's what I heard in my high school halls every single day. It was normal. Even when it was normal, I didn't condone it, but I was trying to grasp a typical teenage boy.

I fully support the LGBTQ+ community, as well as those with disabilities. I don't support what Andrew's character said. That's why it got corrected by Claire, at least once.

That should be it.

I'm currently catching up on updating 50 Shades of Claire Bear so you guys have all of Andrew's POV. It won't all be updated before the end of the year (it's in two days and I have a full time job and a family now), but it will be finished shortly after 2022 arrives.

To my old readers, thanks for sticking with me for so long. I would have given up on me. You're the reason the Nanny is up to so many reads. I'm so, so grateful. :)

To my new readers, welcome. My profile is basically all Andrew Garfield. My thirteen-year-old self isn't completely dead.

Thanks for reading. Give Andrew some love. He's still the best Spider-Man and deserved more than he got.
