As I pulled back I was overcome with emotion. I wanted to feel that every hour of every day. Now I feel cold, but warm in Deathy's embrace. A name and sentence I would never repeat or admit out loud. I love him too much to explain. I love him more than anything or anyone. I love him more than anyone has ever loved anyone else. I loved him more than breathing. I loved him even more than Blaze loves her reflection. My face was bright pink now. I buried it in Deathy's chest to hide my embarrassment. He was warm to the touch. I never want to recline again. I want to stay here in his warm, warm wings and his smooth scales around me with the soft smug face I fell in love with staring lovingly down at me. Maybe he would never love me, but that wouldn't make me love him any less.
