Seven years later
1st of September 2005, Spinners End
"Elle! Time to go!" I shout from downstairs as Severus was packing both mine and his bags
"Coming mom!" she exclaimed, running downstairs
"Where's your luggage?" Severus asked as he closed my trunk
"It's upstairs" Michelle replied
Severus then went to get her trunk while I finished packing Severus's luggage
"Mom, why can't you and dad come with me on the train?" Michelle asked, sitting on the sofa
"Because we're professors there and while you're on the train your father and I, along with the other professors prepare the Great Hall for the student's arrival" I explained softly as Michelle looked at me curiously
"Okay, that's all the luggage" Severus said as he levitated the trunk downstairs
"You ready to go love?" I asked as I shrunk both mine and Severus's trunk and placed them in the pocket of my pants
"Yup!" said Michelle excitedly, getting off the couch and taking my hand
I smiled at Severus as he placed Michelle's trunk down. He gave me a small nod and I looked down at my daughter
"Hold tight-"
"-And don't let go, I know, I know, can we just go please" she butted in making me and Severus chuckle
And with that both me and Severus, along with Michelle, apparated in front of platform 9¾.
"Ready?" I said softly, my hands on her shoulder, her gaze at the wall between platform 9 and 10
"Mom, are you sure we're not gonna hit ourselves?" she asked, looking up at me worriedly
"I'm sure love" I said softly but she still looked hesitant
"I can go first if you're unsure" Severus said softly, Michelle's trunk next to him
"Yes please" said Elle and with that Severus smiled, looked around him and then walked into the wall, disappearing.
A few seconds later after Severus went through the wall, Michelle took a deep breath in before looking up at me and nodding, meaning that she was ready to go
And we did.
We walked through the wall between platforms 9 and 10 and when we arrived on the other side of the wall I saw Severus standing close by, and the red train which rode to Hogwarts
"Well, we have to split here, we'll see you when you arrive at Hogwarts" Severus said after Michelle's luggage was placed in its designated compartment
"How long is the ride?" asked Michelle, fidgeting with the hem of her shirt
