I sat at my desk with my sketch book out, drawing what i remembered of Spider Man's new suit. I started to add new things, coming up with my own designs. I glanced at my computer to see the time brightly projecting.

12:42

If i sleep now i'll get a good six hours.

I walked back to bed in my sweatpants and the t-shirt i was given by Peter. I stopped to look in the full length mirror I had by the door.

I felt warm and nervous when wearing it. It was so baggy on me and it still smelt of his cologne, its faint masculine scent stayed as I climbed under the covers and buried my head into the pillow. I checked my phone on my bedside table.

Still no text.

I felt my stomach drop.

What happened to him?

I rolled over away from the phone and shut my eyes, trying to breathe and rationalise every thought that was flooding my brain. I heard the front door shut and Leo's feet creaking on the floor boards as he dropped his keys. I quickly turned off my lamp and pretended to sleep. I heard him come into the room.

'Zoe?'

I shut my eyes tight and faced away from the door. He continued to come in and slowly made his way to my desk. I opened one eye slightly and saw him holding my sketch book, admiring it. He set it down and looked at me. I clenched my eyes shut again.

Leo came over and turned the fairy lights off and head back to the door.

'They're really good drawings.'

No reply.

'I know you're awake.' He laughed and I giggled quietly back.

'Thank you.' I whispered.

He shut the door and I went back to trying to fall back asleep.

That rainy night at Peter's ran through my mind again. How his big hands gripped around my body, slowly up my spine or how he held firmly onto my upper thighs. I smiled remembering each moment and felt myself doze off.

Next morning, still no reply.

I felt almost angry now.

Why would he do this?

I shook my head, I didn't want to think of him right now. I continued on with my routine, putting on a grey hoodie and some light denim mom jeans and my converse, tying my hair up, putting on the crystal necklace and getting breakfast.

Uncle Leo was here this morning, sipping tea against the white countertop, he smiled seeing me.

'You look tired.'

'Glad you liked my drawings.' I replied sarcastically.

He shook his head playfully and began telling me about his work with Tony Stark, he said how amazing it was to properly work with him.

I told him about my encounter with Spider Man being left home.

'Was this person driving you home the same guy as the other night?' raising his eyebrow, but this made me feel sick imagining what I did with Peter with Flash instead.

'NO, he's some annoying kid in my class, but the buses weren't coming it was just because it was convenient'

Uncle Leo rolled his eyes jokingly, looking at his watch. 'Well you better go now if you want to be on time.'

The school day felt draining, I decided to try make my own way around the building instead of trying to find Peter. I seemed to have no classes with him all morning until I made it to lunch.
