"Halt! Who goes there!?" A large angel shouted. "This is the fourth block entrance. What brings you here?" He asked.

Lucy soon cleared her throat.
"Ahem, I'm an angel as you can see." She flapped her wings. "I simply am passing through for the festival." A grin stretched across her face.

The angel held his big hand to his head.
"The festival, huh? How come you didn't celebrate it in the fifth block?"

"B-Because we heard the fourth block is the best one when it comes to celebrations." Hanna joined in with a smile.

"What do you think, Biff?" Another angel asked. "Should we let them through?"

Biff slowly nodded to the other angel.
"Eh, why not? I doubt we'd get in trouble for letting these two go for a festival." He opened the gates. "Enjoy your time in the fourth block!"

Hanna saluted him.
"Thank you, sir. We'll have a blast celebrating it here." He stepped through the gates. Lucy waved to the guards as she kept close to him.

"You two take care now!" She shouted. The two noticed the night sky above them with a blue tint. Clouds cleared up and revealed thousands of stars. Glass statues stood on the streets with streamers and confetti raining down. Lanterns lit the way down the streets as angels and humans filled the sidewalks. "Oh, this looks awesome! I was expecting a lot of light but this checks out." Lucy soon stared at the town with a smile.

"Yes, this festival must be a very important event. I know we should keep moving to the next block but this seems like we'd be skipping out on a cool place."

Lucy rested her hands on her hips.
"You know, I don't mind staying a bit to enjoy ourselves. I doubt there's a time limit for saving recently deceased people, right?"

Hanna shrugged.
"Good question because I have no clue. We won't stay long if that's the case." He pointed over to the escalators. "Our next block is up there."

"Right, let's explore a little. Maybe they have good sweets too. I could save some for my sister and the others back home." Lucy strolled down the sidewalk. She spotted a few angels wearing green masks or red dresses. Chatter filled the air along with clapping and feet tapping on the ground. The sweet scent of candy tickled her nose when the fallen angel noticed several food carts. Glitter and posters filled the sides of them as angels served food.

"Get your sugar star candies!" One shouted. "If you play our game then you can win a whole box full!"

Hanna drooled to himself.
"That sounds great! I'm going to try and win that box." He stepped over to them. "Hey, miss. I'll play the game!"

The angel laughed.
"I see you want to win some candy, huh? Well here's how you play the game." She handed him a stick. "Aim this thing over to the target and try to hit the gold star!"

"I'm a precise shooter when it comes to things like this." Hanna shut his left eye and stuck his tongue out. "Now for the right throw..." He tossed the stick toward the target as it pierced through the star. An eruption of cheers followed as the angel clapped her hands.

"You weren't lying! Nice shot!" She brought out a box full of star candy. "Here take it, you earned it."

Hanna grabbed the box and chuckled.
"This is a ton! I don't think I can eat all of this. Hey, kids, why don't you take some off my hands?" A crowd of children surrounded him. He tossed them out as they scrambled to catch the candy.

Lucy scoffed at them.
"Heh, Hanna's really good at making others happy. I doubt I'd be able to hit that with a stick." She held a hand up and motioned to it with the other. A star candy flew at her when she caught it. The fallen angel bit into the soft candy as the sour taste kissed her tongue. "Ugh, this one is super sour!"
