Breakfast (Chapter 3)

When Camilo woke up he was nervous to say the least. He did not want to go to breakfast but if he didn't go he would just be dragged there anyways. So Camilo got out of bed and started getting ready for the day. He first grabbed some new clothes and brought them to his bathroom. Then he took a shower,brushed his teeth and hair then put the new pair of clothes on. Then he sat on his bed and waited, he definitely wasn't going to breakfast early he didn't even want to go in the first place.

  Soon Mirabel came to his room "Camilo breakfast is ready!" She said in a cheerful voice.

"Ok coming." Camilo replied

  Camilo slowly got out of bed and started walking downstairs. Everyone was already at the table except Antonio and Bruno. Camilo was glad Bruno wasn't there yet, Camilo then looked over to his parents they didn't seem like they knew about his coping mechanism maybe Bruno hadn't told them. He then looked to Dolores she was staring at him and she looked very worried. Shit she probably knew she must have heard his conversation with Bruno, Camilo then quickly looked away.

  Bruno walked into the kitchen and Antonio followed behind him. as soon as Bruno saw Camilo he started staring at him. He looked tired very tired and he had a worried maybe even sad expression on his face. Camilo looked away from Bruno feeling guilty knowing he caused that expression. Everyone then sat down as Abuela started to talk Camilo wasn't really paying attention he was more focused on Bruno. He wanted to make sure Bruno didn't tell a soul or bring up his bad habit during breakfast.

  Camilo also made sure to watch Dolores since she most likely knew about his coping mechanism and he didn't want anyone else finding out. When Camilo started eating he felt wonderful he could feel Julieta's food healing his arms. Apparently his Mama Pepa had noticed how quiet Camilo was and brought it up. "Camilo why are you so quiet? Your usually very talkative?" Pepa asked.

  "I'm just tired Mama." Camilo replied it was a lie he wasn't tired at all but what was he supposed to say. Hey mama I'm actually stressing out about how Bruno and possibly Dolores know one of my biggest secrets. He was better off lying then saying that.

  "Maybe you should take a break today rest up so your not tired tomorrow. Ok mi hijo?" Pepa said

  "Ok mama." Camilo replied and then everyone went back to what every they were talking about before.

  To Camilo's surprise the breakfast went ok Bruno didn't bring anything up for the rest of breakfast and neither did Dolores. Camilo was about to head up to his room since he was supposed to take a break today when someone stopped him. "We need to talk..."
