Shweta met us at the airport, dressed in a funky green jumpsuit that complimented her style. I could not help but look at Aayan to check his reaction on seeing her. To my amazement, he seemed unaware and unaffected by her beauty. He stuck by my side as we walked ahead, slipping his hand around my waist as he walked. I could see the murmur of excitement going through the people passing us, as they must have recognized him, even if he was dressed in a casual polo shirt and worn out jeans.

When Shweta and I were finally alone in the washroom, Shweta blabbered about how lucky I was. I heard the words hot and sexy more than I had ever heard of them in my life. I chuckled privately imagining what she has to say when she saw the diamond necklace.

Bypassing the crowd, we went straight towards the airport apron where a Merc awaited us. Suddenly, I hoped we weren't flying by his personal jet. It would be too fast too soon. I saw the SpeedEx jet through the rolled down windows of the car. Shweta and I looked at each other at that precise moment and giggled like teenagers. Aayan, on the other hand, smiled broadly and gave us a trailer of what was to come this weekend!

After an hour-long flight, another long car received us at the Jaipur airport. As we headed towards the hotel, I sat looking through the window at the Jaipur city. Saying that I was nervous sounded like an understatement to my own self and the clear evening air in Jaipur did nothing to calm my feelings had absolutely no clue of the lifestyle Aayan's family lived or what kind of people they were. How should I behave, talk, or even listen? I was sure that I was going to make a fool of myself. It would be nothing but a nasty affair.

While I was meditating, Shweta and Aayan continued their discussion on topics like politics, sports, and fashion. They ganged up in embarrassing me when Shweta told him about how excited and happy I had been since I met him, while Aayan told her about my clumsy fall and how adorably lost I looked the day we met.

"Where are we headed Aayan? Which hotel?" I asked, embarrassed enough by being the topic of their discussion.

"Hold your horses, baby. You will see when we get there," he said pulling me in a hug, embarrassing me in front of Shweta all the more.

"Oh my! I have never seen Trisha like this. What have you done to her, my lord?" she laughed.

"This is just the beginning," he touched his lips in my hair and smiled.

"Aww..." Shweta cooed.

The car turned through a big gate and the sight of the hotel, which looked like an old palace, grabbed our attention. We were mesmerized by the grandeur of the place that was spread across acres of manicured land. As the foyer drew closer, we could see all the decoration and the lighting adorning the grand entrance, which stood in white arc structure.

As soon as we got out of the car, a beautiful woman draped in an exquisite golden silk saree approached us, a hint of a smile on her face. Her hair was tied into a bun and she had a light yet prominent makeup on. Shweta and I walked behind Aayan who was walked ahead of us to meet the woman. She hugged and kissed him on his cheeks. My heart was in my mouth; I did not know how to talk in front of such royal people. Crap! Aayan took my hand in his and smiled with little assurance on his face.
