"Good job! Your scenes for today are finished. Please have a nice rest before you head home, you worked hard today" Mr. Kim gave me a bright smile. I nod.
"Thank you" I bowed to him respectfully before walking away.
I sat on the bench behind the set, closing my eyes slightly. I had my scenes for at least three hours without any breaks.
"Water?" a soft voice asked. I gently crack my eyes open to see a water bottle held in front of my face. I stare up to see Hyunjin with a small smile.
I quickly sit properly, taking the bottle in my hand.
"Thanks" I smiled at him. He nodded, taking the seat next to mine.
I drank the water quietly, fidgeting in my seat when he didn't say any word. I gulped.
"Are you finished with all of your scenes for today?" he broke the silence, looking at me.
"Yeah, finally finished" I told him with an excited smile.
"Do you mind going out with me?" he asked without any hesitation. My eyes widen as my heartbeat quickens.
"What?" I chuckled nervously.
"It's Kkami's birthday tomorrow so I want to buy something for him" he quickly explained once he saw my reaction.
"I'm sorry if you got it the wrong way" he rubbed the nape of his neck awkwardly. I shake my head.
"No worries. So you want me to accompany you to buy Kkami's presents?" I asked him for confirmation. He nodded.
"We can head for dinner right after, if you want" he smiled. My heart melts at his sweet smile.
"Sure. I have nothing to do anyway" I smiled. He chuckled lightly.
"Let's go then" he raised from his seat, glancing at me. I nod, getting up from my seat as well.
"Let me get my things first" I told him as I quickly packed my things. He waited for me patiently before both of us headed towards his car.
"Have you ever met Kkami before?" Hyunjin asked after a short silence. I hummed, shaking my head.
"Never met him yet. I only heard stories about him" I told him with a small smile. He gazed at me for a while as I immediately realised that I sounded like a creepy stalker.
"I heard from the company. They talked about wanting you to bring Kkami to the office" I quickly made up a reason. He nodded, chuckling lightly.
I know he didn't trust me with the reason, but he played it off.
"I can let you meet him if you want" Hyunjin said, glancing at me. I look at him with a raised eyebrow.
"Are you free tomorrow?" he added. My heart pumps harder at the thought of him asking to hang out with me again when we barely start the hangout for today.
