"So, yeah. That's basically what happened" I told Felix with a long sigh.
"Ah, so that's why you haven't gone out to lunch with him these past two days" Felix commented. I hummed.
"So what will you do now? Are you just going to move on from him?" he asked. I took a glance at him before looking down at my hand.
"I guess so. He didn't even make an effort to tell me anything about the kiss so I guess he really didn't mean it to happen" I said, looking at him with a sad smile. He sighed.
"I think you should give him time" Felix said after a short silence. I frowned.
"I got a feeling that he likes you too, it's just that he's confuse with his feelings" he continued as soon as he saw the confusion in my eyes. I sighed quietly, looking at my hands once again.
"Maybe he's really just using me" I mumbled.
"No, Y/N. You know that I used to be close to him before, right? He wouldn't do something without a reason. Even if he's just going to use you, I don't think he would go too far until kissing you. He won't hurt innocent people so he could pleasure himself" Felix said.
"Maybe there's a part of him that actually wants to kiss you. Not because of Hyera, but he, himself, deeply wants that" he continued. I glanced at Felix for a solid minute.
"Just give him time to sort his mind. I'm sure he would find you after he found the answer" he said looking at me with his sincere eyes. Somehow, I can see a slight pain in his eyes.
I hummed, nodding my head. "I'll just act normal for now then" I told him as he hummed.
Literally at that moment, my phone made a 'ting' sound, mentioning a new message. Felix turned to play with his phone as I reached mine. It was from Chan.
Chan : Don't forget to ask Felix to come with you tomorrow!
Right. His surprise party is tomorrow. Time flew really fast, huh? I was about to turn to Felix and ask him about it when my phone tinged once again.
Chan : Hyunjin and I worked hard on it so make sure to get his butt there on time!
My movements were paused the moment I read Hyunjin's name. Right, he would be there. If I could, I don't want to attend the party so I won't need to face him but what can I do? I've volunteered myself to bring Felix there.
I let out a low sigh before turning to Felix.
"Felix, are you free tomorrow?" I asked him with a hesitant smile. He hummed questionly, thinking for a moment before giving me a small smile.
"Just filming, why?" he asked. I smiled.
"There's this place I want to go since it has nice deals. I wanted to ask Jeongin to come with me but he has classes. Will you accompany me there?" I asked him, hoping that he would agree to come with me.
