The Dark Board

So it is currently 5 am and I'm awake and way to excited to sleep. Why excited you ask? Well it has something to do with the fact that we are MOVING IN OUR NEW DORM TODAY! Yip that's why I'm excited. What a weird thing to be excited for huh? "I'm so bored~ and no one's awake yet." I whine sitting on the side of my bed staring out the window at the sun peeking out from behind the mountains. "Well I'm up now, so there is no point going back to sleep, might as well get ready for the day before everyone crowds the bathroom and uses all the hot water." I say standing up and making my way to my closet to pick out what to wear. After searching around for while I settle for a plain black skinny with a white top and black denim jacket. As I made my way towards the bathroom I bumped into Seonghwa hyung. "Morning hyung." I say smiling at him. "Morning Wooyoung, its still early what are you doing up?" He asked. "I couldn't sleep so I thought why not kill time by getting ready for the day." I say shrugging. "Okay, well you can go ahead and wash up because I'm finished." Hyung says stepping away from the door to make room for me to walk in. "Thanks hyung." I say heading inside after he leaves.

I finished my morning routine and headed back to my room. It is currently 7am and I can hear Seonghwa hyung banging on Yeosang's door telling him to get ready. Seonghwa hyung does this every morning and it never stops being funny, I couldn't help but laugh.

After my giggling fit I decided to take my bag downstairs. While I was walking down the stairs San came running up with two big boxes covering over his face and I guess he didn't hear me walking down and ran straight into me. The boxes fell out of his hands and I stumbled back and he nearly fell down the stairs but I grabbed his arm and pull him back up. "Are you crazy you could of died! Where are you rushing off to so quickly anyway?" I say bending down and helping him put all his plushies back in their boxes. "Hongjoong hyung found them laying in the kitchen doorway so I was bringing them back up to my room but I'm also late so I was rushing to get done." He says while smiling at me sheepishly. I sigh and say, "Well then c'mon I'll help you carry them to your room so you don't cause anymore accidents on the way there." I say standing up with one of the boxes and my book bag on one shoulder heading towards his room. "Okay here is your box and let me open the door so you don't drop them again." I say handing the box to him and opening his room door to see the biggest war zone I had seen. "Thanks Wooyoungie and don't mind this disaster zone its a work in progress." He says smiling smugly at me. I smile back at him and make my way back downstairs. I place my bag on the rack by the door with rest of them and headed back up to my room. I checked the clock, "07:20. Wow time flew by so quickly 10 minutes left might as well head down to have some breakfast before we head out." I say as I stand up and head out the room and down the stairs. When I got into the kitchen I saw Seonghwa hyung standing by the sink washing some dishes. So I make my way over to the fridge to get me something to eat when I hear Seonghwa hyung. "Wooyoung could you call Yeosang downstairs for breakfast please I already told the rest and I'm sure his done getting ready by now." Hyung asked me. "Sure hyung." I head back upstairs and make my way to Yeosang's room. I knocked on his door and then went inside. When I got inside I saw him packing his book bag. "Yeosangie, we have to get going soon and Seonghwa hyung says we should come down and have breakfast." I say smiling at him. "I'll be right down just let me get my book bag." He says and smiles back at me. And just as I make my way back to the stairs everybody just comes storming out of their rooms like a stamped of humans. All of us piled into the kitchen got breakfast sat down ate, you know the normal stuff. In the midst of all that chaos Seonghwa hyung was trying to tell us how we have to be done and out of this place by later today blah blah blah. We all made our way out of the house and started walking to campus.

We finally got to campus and Hongjoong hyung is already threatening to leave our belongings at the dorm if where not there early enough. "Then where should we meet after school so we can walk together to make sure you don't sacrifice our belongings?" Yeosang says eye Hongjoong hyung. "How about by the benches outside on the field close to the gate?" Mingi asks looking around at us as if asking if it was okay. "Perfect! Then we'll meet there, well I'm kinda late to my first lecture so see ya." I say in a big rush as I check my watch as I scurry away from the group. "10:25. I'm going to be so late." I say as I rush in my class with 2 minutes to spare. "Just in time." I breathe out as I make my way over to my table. As I was about to sit down I notice a small neatly folded piece of paper. I pick up the neatly folded piece of paper very gently making sure not to disturb the contents with in. I sit down and start unfolding the page. In bold italics:

Your century long destiny will be fulfilled Wooyoung

I flip the page around only to be met with a blank side and this confusing sentence. I look around the class to see if maybe anyone is looking this way, but to no avail. They where all to busy doing their own business. I read the sentence one last time, but it still doesn't make any sense to me. When I look up at the door I see a shadowy looking figure staring back at me. Totally taken aback I rub my eyes thinking I'm seeing things. When I look up again it was gone. Just when I was about to get up and go take a look out in the corridors if the figure was still there the lecturer came in. I sat back down and took out my necessary equipment and put the piece of paper in my pocket trying to disregard the whole situation that just happened and carry on with my day like normal.
