Elliott
Dad, Christian and I get the boat ready and make life vests are available for everyone. Mia is bigger than Kate and Anastasia. Both are scrawny little things, dad told me to not say that again and be gentle with our three small guests. Mom said she thinks dad knows something about the children and he is bound by laws to not speak about it.
Christian
I think we just treat them kindly unlike how we torment Mia. But hey we pick on each other as well. Can we help it she is only six going in seven. Let's get the fishing pole that Mia uses and our old ones for them to use. I grab mine and the old youths rods.
Jane
I think they were all surprised at the entourage that came with us. We got life vests and fishing rods, along with hats, sunglasses, and suntan lotions. Swim suits and towels. Food as well.
Grace
Okay I think you like to be prepared for everything. Let's make introductions and unpack the food you brought and eat and then go out on the boat. The men have gotten it ready, but extra poles and fishing equipment won't hurt a bit. Bodyguards for each one of them, suits as well. Towels as well. Lotions too. The food was great and apparently Jane, Eloise, and all three children cooked the food. They apparently knew how to cook before they came to live with her.
Eloise
Jane told me to make sure to get wardrobes for the homeless shelters and the usual donations. Plus see if they can do something fun for the kids at the homeless shelter. I call Caren and ask what she needs and to send the list and it will be brought over along with a donation.
Caren
Things arrived first thing in the morning along with a hundred thousand dollar check. And ask what kids place we can close and only allow the children with their families go to. I make the arrangements and the day as well. I thank Eloise and she tells me to start looking to move to a bigger building just look for one and we will get it and get more help for her and whatever she will need. She says this is Jane doing all of this, I just handle the fine points. I add to the list per Jane's orders. As long as I balance the checkbooks and show her the expenditures to her and the accountants we are good.
Ethan
I am catching fish one after another one. This is my first time fishing. I studied on how to catch fish on the internet.
Carrick
He has out-fished us all.
Ethan
Momma Jane taught us all to prepare for things we are going to be doing. So we prepared. Kate catches her third fish and Anastasia caught her third one right after. No one else has caught anything yet. I then show him the special bait I made to catch the fish. They put it on their hooks and we watch as they catch fish finally.
Grace
That was funny to watch, Ethan made that bait?
Jane
He sure did. He wanted to be one of the guys. He has males at our home, but they are still being paid and he needs more and he saw your sons and husband as a way role models. We will be putting him in school in the fall and it would be beneficial for him to adapt to normal male figures. The girls see Caren and I, but we are adults, Mia can show them normal girls. Well adjusted ones at least. Ones who were loved from birth.
Grace
I love Mia, but even I know my daughter is not your normal six year old girl. She is full of energy and can be exhausting at times. But the girls seem to enjoy her company, so I just hope they get to be good friends. Jane treats her staff like family. Eloise doesn't need to be told to do anything she already knows. I guess that comes with being with Mrs Steele for so long. Ethan seems to bonded with the guys. I decide to let her explain her last comment.
Jane
I adopted the children, Anastasia is my natural granddaughter. Her parents are in prison now. My son nearly killed Anastasia. I didn't know I had a grandchild until they contacted me. Kate and Ethan lived next door to Anastasia and found her half frozen barefoot and bleeding profusely. They got her help at a nearby fire station. All three needed medical treatment and surgery. I start crying. Sorry it was such a horror story. That is when I met your husband. He treated all three of my children. I adopted all of them. After all they needed me and Ethan and Kate risked their lives to save Anastasia. As far as I was concerned that made them family. The courts took all parental rights away from the parents. I was adopting Anastasia and fostering Ethan and Kate, so I adopted all three of them. I bought the house you were at and had it child friendly for them. My mansion is fill Ed with heirlooms and antiques and not a place for youngsters. So a decorator, Eloise and I created the house you saw. I hope they can get the new addition up so the pediatric patients can enjoy a room like the one we created for the children. They have already been through too much and needed to be shown love and the room creates a safe place and all are educational. I hope you guys have gotten the items I had sent to you.
Grace
Oh yes and I used the same schedule to prevent them from staying in the room they are in. I haven't checked them completely. They definitely look like fun and no violence involved. A huge plus in my book.
Carrick
We head in and Elliott, Christian and I teach Ethan how to steer the boat in the it's slot in the boat house. He bumped the side, but he corrected it and pulled it right in and helped tie the ropes to keep the boat from floating out. I think he had a lot of fun. He stopped at five fish. I think the girls tried to put their back in the water, but we caught it and kept the fish for later. Grace told me that Anastasia had told me that I was her children's doctor, well one of them. I nodded my head and left it at that. I tell her that we could possibly do this again and go from there.
