Ethan
I showed Kate and Anastasia the articles about our mom and dad and what they were guilty of along with dad being guilty of molesting us and killing his wives. I decided to tell them and have the Kavanagh name removed from our names we were all in agreement. Kate lead the charge into Jane's office to discuss it.
Kate
We became good friends with Mia and we are going to be starting school with her the fall. She doesn't ask me a lot if questions and I keep the past in the past. I ask mom if I can use just the Steele name and she says it is fine with her. She will just enroll Ethan and I under the Steele name no questions asked. Ethan had asked her the same question. She also told me if at any time we wanted the Kavanagh name removed that can easily be done as well. Anastasia, Ethan and I went to her and asked that the Kavanagh name get removed from our adoption and birth certificates.
Jane
I get the Kavanagh name removed from all the children's documents, including their new passports. We applied for passports so we can take them on adventures to other countries. Mia wants to go to Paris and I think Grace would love it as well. My jets are always ready to fly any place we need to or want to go. Now I can put some of my money to good use. Well to make others happy.
Eloise
I think a vacation would be great. I find out the school schedules and the shots they will need along with the passports and what we will need. The pilots are up to date as well. I guess we are going international, then I found out we already have. I didn't know Jane had bought three homes. One in Ireland, Paris and England. All were decorated by the person who did the home we are living in now. Some of our extra staff are residing in the family home for now.
Grace
Jane asked if our family would like to go on vacation with her and the children, Eloise and her staff on summer vacation? She has space in her plane and pilots ready any time we are. Paris is our first stop, then Ireland and England the final place. She has huge homes over there that can hold all of us.
A month later we are enjoying the fashion in Paris, while Carrick and the boys go find something males want to do. We spent two weeks in Paris, then we went to Ireland, talk about castle's, she owns one and someone did a great job of the remodeling. Then our final week we went to England, I think everyone had fun there. We finally head back home exhausted and ready to go back to our regular schedules. Mia has been spending a lot of time with Kate and Anastasia they spend time at our house and then their house. They all can swim like little fish now. But we keep the fence locked even when an adult is there with them. We only paid for souvenirs and a few other things. We didn't have to worry about transportation or living arrangements. We ate mostly at her homes, so we barely spent three thousand dollars. We can come back any time we wish and use her plane and hones.
Carrick
Grace told me that Jane said if he and I ever wanted to go back we can use her homes and her plane any time we wish to. It is a nice offer and the trip was great. Ethan, Elliott, Christian and I had a lot of fun going places while the ladies found other things to do. Plus we could do a second honeymoon and leave the kids with the babysitters and bodyguards. Plus Jane and Eloise might be willing to bring them to their home and take care of them like they did when we had the charity event we had to go to.
Eloise
When we first heard about Anastasia I was concerned about her as far as acting out. It turns out these three were just so happy to be free of the abuse they appreciate every bit of good attention they get. Although Kate and Ethan don't like certain kind of touching and shy away from hugs of any kind. We allow them to maintain their distance as far as that is concerned. It took time to realize and have their caretakers work with child psychiatrists help our staff to get a good idea of how to approach Ethan and Kate so they didn't feel helpless and frightened. They have nightmares and probably always will. All three tremor at loud noises. A plate falling and breaking traumatized all three and we had to calm them down. Now they aren't as scared. Jane and I finally got the reports on each child and we cried for them and their suffering.
Ethan
I had a lot of fun with the Grey guys, my ninth birthday was nice but after seeing Mia's birthday party I look forward to having more friends after school starts. I failed to tell mama Jane what I found out when I searched for things about fishing. I found a story about my father and it made me not want to be called by his last name. A week before school Eloise and Jane showed us our new documents and passports. All in the name of Steele.
Jane
I tell the children they never have to go by the Kavanagh name and they are officially Steeles. I show them their birth certificates, adoption papers and finally their passports. Eloise shows them the account names have been changed eliminating Kavanagh. We give them copies of all the papers we had just shown them and put them in an envelope to keep in their locked desk drawer. I put the originals in the safe behind the family photo on the wall.
School starts
Mia
Kate, Anastasia and I are in the same class. They met most of our classmates at my birthday party. Ethan is in a class alone, but he seemed to be okay with it.
Ethan
Mom told me to just remember I am here to get an education and to listen to my teachers as long as they are treating us all the same. Like she does. My bodyguards can't come inside the building unless it is important that they do. So I feel very alone now. I follow the room numbers until I arrive at my class and go inside and pick a desk to sit in. I am tall, so I choose a seat near the back as to not block the view for the shorter students.
The first day was difficult due to the bully in our class insisted in me moving to another desk. I refused, he punched me in the eye. I stopped his second punch and the teacher called his parents and my mom after the bodyguards came inside after seeing Trevor punching me out if nowhere. Trevor Griswald was suspended for three days and his parents were warned if he did it again he would be kicked out of school.
Jane
When I got the call from the school about coming to talk about Ethan and possibly getting his eye looked at. I got really worried and called the bodyguards who were already by his side and waiting for me and the other boys parents. They told me they saw the boy talking to Ethan and hit punched Ethan in the eye and they ran inside to contain it. But Ethan stopped the next punch. What I didn't know was that between the bodyguards, Elliott and Christian they all taught Ethan how to defend himself without hitting back. I was very proud when we entered the ER that day and the teacher and principal were as well. Ethan took a defensive stance rather than punch the guy back and it end in a bunch of injuries to both and maybe onlookers. I think all them deserve praise and maybe new exercise equipment.
