Love?

The next morning
Bruno's POV
     I wake up, aching from climbing the stairs more than usual. I still can't stop thinking about Y/N... should I go see her? Does she hate me for rushing her to leave? I eventually give in and start climbing down the stairs to visit her house. As I'm leaving I get stopped by Pepa, a small lightning cloud appeared above her head as she see's me. Pepa questions angrily, "Where were you and Y/N  yesterday?! I was giving her a tour!"

"I-I was just talking with her! It was her choice to sneak off to talk to me!" I said with a nervous grin.

"Yeah right." Pepa said sarcastically, " I bet you dragged her away!" Pepa's cloud gets bigger by the second. I push past her and start running, I feel a tornado behind me....  I burst out of the door and hear Pepa screaming behind me. I pull up my hood so the townsfolk won't yell at me and start running towards Y/Ns house.  Once I'm standing at her front door, I take a deep breath in and knock.

Y/N POV
     As I wake up, I feel my legs starting to ache from climbing all those stairs. I get ready for the day then Slump back to the bathroom to brush my hair. Just as I'm starting I get a knock on my door. Who could it be at this hour? I look through the peep hole to see someone in a green poncho? After looking some more, I realize it's Bruno! I open the door for him and invite him inside, he pulls off his hood once he's inside, revealing his gorgeous, black curly hair. " Hey Bruno! I'm going make this sound as friendly as I can but what are you doing here?" I say as I'm blushing.

Bruno reply's with a nervous smile, " I was just stopping by to talk more and apologize for rushing you out yesterday..."

"It's fine, but what was on that jade tablet, who was that man?" I ask.

Bruno then reply's, " I feel like you'll hate me if I tell you.."

I grab his hands and look into his eyes, "Bruno.. you're my best friend! I could never hate you..."

"I will tell you, but please, don't hate me, ok?" Bruno says shyly.

"Of course." I say assuringly.

Bruno takes a breath in, then a breath out and says, "That man with you on the jade tablet... is me..." I'm completely shocked and I just stare at Bruno who is clearly anxious out of his mind, I try to come up with words but nothing comes out of my mouth. Thoughts are storming my mind, yet none of them seem to escape my mouth. I was right. It is Bruno. That means he has to like me back, right? I finally find the right words and say confidently while I go in for a hug with Bruno, " I don't hate you, I never will." I hear Bruno make a sigh and hug me back. "Since it's already destined... do you want to go out with me?" I say with a blushing smile on my face. Bruno blushes and nods his head.
