I got the name of the girl from Finding Carter because I love that show:)

weeks earlier

Carter-

From:
Codybear<3 - Carter, I have to tell you something...

To:
Codybear<3 - yeah babe ;)

From:
Codybear<3 - I'm breaking up with you.

I drop my phone on the ground and hear it crack.

My boyfriend BROKE UP with me over text!

I quickly pick up my phone from the floor and get a cut on my finger from the glass.

"Ow! Could today get any worse!? I yell to myself.

I ignore the pain in my finger and text Cody back.

To:
Codybear<3 -
ARE YOU SERIOUS!! BREAKING UP WITH ME OVER TEXT! WHAT KIND OF ASSHOLE ARE YOU??

From:
DoucheCody:/- sorry. hope we can still be friends :)

Is he serious right now!? Does he get that I'm Pissed at him? I definitely am not going to be friends with him after this.

I decide to call the only person that can help me.

The phone rings about 3 times before he answers.

"Hello?" I hear his Australian accent through the phone

"Ashton, can you come over? Cody just broke up with me."

"Sure, I'll be there soon."

"Thanks, Ash."

"No problem, Car."

I lie down on my bed waiting for my friend Ashton to come to my house until I hear a knock at the door.
I run down the steps and quickly open the door.

"Hey! Are you okay?" He jumps inside the house grabbing me into a hug.

"No." I answer truthfully

"Tell me everything, okay?"

"Ok."

Ashton and I head to my living room and sit down on the couch

"Shoot." He lightly smiles at me while poking me in the stomach.

"Okay, well I got a text from Douche Cody and--"

"Douche Cody? Really?" Ashton laughs at me

"Yes! He's a douche!" I yell quietly

"Okay okay! Keep going."

"Okay, I got a text from Douche Cody and he broke up with me over text." I say

"Oh. He's an ass. I never liked him anyway." He says scooting closer to me and pats my back.

"Yeah. Neither do my parents, my friends, anyone." I say truthfully

No one liked him really. He's dumb, a player and he's annoying. But I liked him since 5th grade. I know. I'm a senior and I liked him on and off since 5th grade. And when he finally asked me out in 10th grade I was obsessed with him. He cheated on me like 3 times with a girl named Samantha but I keep going back to him.

I can't help myself. I start crying. I cry on Ashton's shoulder and he puts his arms around me and holds me tight.

"It's okay. Your so much better than that asshole." Ashton tries to make me feel better

"What happened to your phone?" I look up and I pull up my phone from my lap and hold it closer to up our faces to see it better.

"Oh. When Cody texted me I freaked out and dropped my phone." I tell him

"Your fingers bleeding you know?" He raises an eyebrow at me

"Right. I cut myself on the glass."

"Well, we should go get you a band-aid." So we got up and went into my gore and got me a My little Pony band-aid. What? I have 2 younger sisters! Don't judge me.

"My little pony?" Ashton grins at me

"You know I have 2 younger sisters Ashton. It's not like I picked these out myself." I half lied.

I usually have to do the grocery shopping because I have a lot of siblings and my parents needed more help after my older sister went off to college.
I have 2 younger twin brothers Caleb and Joey, a brother my age, Luke, (Ashton and Luke are best friends like me and Ashton) , 2 younger sisters, Megan and Khloè and an older sister Bri.
So it's
Bri , Me , Luke , Megan, Chloe, Caleb and Joey. So there's a total of 9 people in my house. It's hard sometimes but we all manage. My parents are pretty rich.

"sure. I bet you love My little pony." Ashton laughs

We hear the door open and me and Ashton turn around to see who it is and its Luke with his girlfriend Ashley.

Hey sis. Hey Ash." Luke comes in to the kitchen

"Hi. Hey Ashley." I wave

"Hey guys? What's happening Here?" Luke raises an eyebrow making Ashley laugh

"Cody broke up with Carter. So she dropped her phone making it crack all over and she cut herself. So nothing special." Ashton says looking at me

"Awe Car! I'm sorry!" Ashley and Luke Both give me a hug.

"It's okay. We should of broke up sooner anyways." I frown

"Damn right." Luke snaps still hugging me.

Luke and Cody used to be friends until Cody cheated on me and he hated him ever since.

"Yeah I know. I'm tired so I think I'm going to go to bed. I'll see all of you guys tomorrow at school." I say quietly before saying my goodbyes to Ashton , Luke and Ashley

"Goodnight." They all say at the same time and then laugh.

I hope I don't see Cody tomorrow.

First chapter! Yay :) I hope you liked it. And Carter is Australian and so is everyone else.

BTW: These chapters WILL get longer I promise:) I already wrote like 19 chapters already for this book so I'm stoked to be sharing it <3
