Chapter 16

Ty’s POV

She opened the box and I was shocked. It was huge. The ring was platinum with a huge diamond in the middle.

“It was my great great grandmothers. It’s worth £20,000. I was thinking of selling it and giving Cam the money. Then taking the last £5,000 out of my money that my parents have been giving me to save up for my wedding.  It’s the only way to get rid of Cam once and for all.” I sat there shocked. She couldn’t sell such an important piece of her family.

“Don’t this is more valuable to you than anything else. I will pay the 25,000 to Cam and you can pay me back slowly even if we aren’t together.” I pulled her in for a hug and we just sat there until she responded.

“Ty I can’t let you do that. I’m sorry I trust you but that’s too much money, I’ve made my mind up I’m going to sell it. I have a friend who works at an auction he said he would sort it out for Me.” she got up and put the ring in her bag and we left the club.

“Do you want to go home or somewhere else” I asked her.

“Actually I have to go tell my mom about the ring, do you mind taking me” I nodded and she told me where to go. We got out the car and walked up to the door she rang the bell and I held on to her hand.

A few seconds later her mom opened the door with a shocked expression.

“Rose darling, what are you doing with Tyler Hoechlin” mom was like a teenage girl she used to watch Teen wolf with me. She pushed me aside and hugged Ty, he froze and gave me a pleading look.

He mouthed get her off me and I giggled. She gestured us inside and we went to the main room where my dad was sitting.

“Daddy, haven’t seen you in ages” I hugged him and he kissed my head. He looked at Ty then back at me.

“Dad this is Tyler Hoechlin, K’s friend” his eyes widened.

“You mean the one you drool over, the one in that Teen Wolf show” I nodded and saw Ty try and hid his laughter.

“Hi Mr Winters, its nice to meet you” they shook hands and we all sat down. Mum went into the kitchen and I sat down next to Ty. Mum came back and sat with dad, “Honey, did you need something” mum sipped her tea.

“You know the money problem with Cam, I thought of a way to clear it. You remember the ring, I was going to sell it with you permission and get the last bit of money from the money I have been saving for my wedding”  Dad looked shocked but mum looked relieved.

“I didn’t think of that dear, as long as it is sold for the right price to a respectable person, I think its fine” mum spoke. I looked to dad and he was just staring at me.

“Rose bud I know what Cam did was horrible so I want to get rid of him as soon as possible” they both agreed and I took a deep breath.

Ty squeezed my hand, he gave me a kiss on the cheek and I blushed. Mum looked at me and dad looked pissed. 

“So are you too a thing” mom spoke. I looked to Ty and he pulled me into his lap.

“Yes she is my girlfriend, I promise I will treat her right” he looked at me and I smiled.

“That’s what Cameron said” dad glared at Ty. I got off his lap and hugged him

“Dad I’m done with assholes, I wouldn’t be with him if I didn’t like him” he hugged me tighter.

“If you ever hurt my baby, you will wish you weren’t born” Ty didn’t say anything, he just nodded his head and we left about 20 minutes later.
