Chapter 3

Anna's pov

I'm a new driver for the formula one team Aston Martin. I've been driving for as long as I can remember, I started go-karting then got signed by Aston martin for F3, F2 and now F1. No one knows I'm a girl as I always wear a helmet to cover my face.

Apparently, no one knows I'm joining Formula one as everyone thought I was let go by Aston Martin after my crash in Bahrain last season. However, that's not the case as I was offered a contract to be the first female F1 racer in the world. Aston Martin are the only ones left to name their second driver of the season, my own teammate doesn't even know who I am yet it's going to be a surprise on the first race of the season.

I choose to wear a helmet so I don't get all the hate and questions about being the only female and how the competition isn't fair. I would not be here today if I was to show I'm female as they basically treat you like an egg that could crack under pressure compared to these 'strong' men who thrive on pressure. 

It's the start of the F1 season and we are in Bahrain for the first Grand Prix. I'm so excited I can't wait to finally get into the car and feel the power.

Seb's pov

We have all just arrived in Bahrain after going to Italy to spend time away from the media where we didn't have to hide our relationship but I guess you've always got to come back at some point. I hug and kiss all the boys goodbye before we get off the plane. This is going to be a long season.

Tomorrow it's the first practise of the season and I don't think I even have a teammate this season, I guess I'm just carrying the team like always - I'm joking hopefully. Anyway the boys and I are getting ready to exit the plane as we all need to go separately to the track.

" bye boys please behave especially you two" I said pointing at max and Lewis.

"We'll be fine". They fake gasped and pouted. Those two tend to have a reputation of giving away our relationship like when Max was caught snogging a 'random girl' turns out it was Lewis with his hair down and when Lewis shouted I love you across the paddock after a conversation between the two. Their rivalry doesn't effect their relationship outside of racing as soon as we leave the track they are all loving. However, on some occasions it can end up with the two in their private room provided by the teams, with them always apologising the next morning.

Next day

I walked into the garage to see two F1 cars there instead of one so I went to talk to my PR/PA Sarah, she doesn't really like she co workers so she tends to sit with my engineers. "Morning Sarah, what's the other car for which I thought I was the only one racing this season?" I asked her as I next to her with my race manager.

"Did you not hear? They signed someone as a surprise entrance" I looked at her with a bit of shock, I had thought different.

"Really? Guess I didn't check my emails this morning, I think I should go say hi to them." I quickly get up about to make my way over until I hand stops me.

"I wouldn't if I was you they said that they don't show their face, it's a bit weird if you ask me but I'm sure they can drive"

"I'm sure that's not true ill go and see what i can find out" i got up and made my way over.

" Hi, I'm Seb, Sebastian Vettel. It's nice to meet you i hope we can get a few points for the team this year.'' I said with a chuckle, as I stuck my hand out.
