Rainbow: Gold?

Rainbow had entered the lounge. She saw that Gold had tears in her eyes, and then pushed Gold into the closet and went inside as well.

Rainbow (mad at her): RAINBOW! IF ANYBODY SAW YOU, THEY'D THINK THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE!

Gold: Right, right... I'm sorry.

Rainbow (annoyed): Why are you crying, anyway?

Gold (still with tears in her eyes): I just... just started thinking about our old friends. Kyran... Prince... Valerie... Alec... Felicia, Brittney... OK, maybe not those petty girls, but whatever! I dearly miss Kyran, Alec, and Valerie! I miss them, so so much. Especially Kyran...

Rainbow: Gold, you gotta move on. They're dead! That's final.

Gold: Well, can I tell you something before you go?

Rainbow nodded and said « yes? » to her sister.

Gold: I decided that I want to try to become the new Mother of the Kawaii Daycare business.

Rainbow (yelling at her): WHAT?! But I'M going to become the new Mother!

Gold: I don't care, Rainbow. You don't need the position of Mother. You are extremely good as Sister and are very well off. You're better at it than me!

Rainbow: Exactly, Sister Gold. That's why I should get promoted to ' Mother Rainbow ', instead of just ' Sister Rainbow '.

Gold: Whatever...

Rainbow: I hope I have myself clear. Majority vote rules, and minority vote drools...

THE NEXT DAY...

Gold had barely done anything. Rainbow was doing everything there was to do, every chore. She was, especially, keeping a close eye on the Li kids, the new targets. The Father of Kawaii Daycare had announced that the new targets (Funneh, Lunar, and Draco) would have to be brought to the dark side of the Kawaii Daycare the next day. So, Rainbow was keeping a close eye on them, spoiling them to bits until they would still believe that the daycare is innocent.

Her sister's behaviour was annoying her. How could she be this rude and careless? Their years imprisoned as trainees or during their childhood... Did they mean nothing to her? It seems like it, after the way she's treating her own flesh and blood.

But there was this one child: Funneh. She didn't like Mrs. Rainbow. Something about the way she looked at her scared her, made her feel fear. She would always run to Mrs. Gold, giving her a hug even if she was so short, that she could only give a hug to her legs.

Even if she used to find the blue-haired toddler annoying, Gold still enjoyed Funneh's company. She continued playing with her. Lunar was always reading, meaning that Rainbow couldn't really take care of her. And Draco just wanted to watch movies all day and eat food, so Rainbow, again, doesn't really have a job to do with these kids. The only one who actually needs to be supervised is Funneh. But Funneh had already chosen Gold as her caretaker.
