An Adventure to Remember [ON HOLD]

5 ~ The chase begins

No one's POV

"Wait! There's a bag here, I want to check it and see if there's anything interesting inside." Y/N exclaimed running over to the colourful duffle bag. A note was inside, Y/N held the note in her hands and read through it.

"So, what does the note say?" Gregory asked Y/N who started walking towards the doors.

"Oh it isn't anything important, just someone saying the workers need to keep the leftover food in a safe place other wise Chica will eat it. It's a bit confusing because she's a robot but, I wouldn't know." Y/N swung the doors infront of the two kids open and walked through.

Infront of them was a table with a whole heap of junk on it and Infront of it, plus some paint cans neatly stacked on top of each other.

Gregory felt that some thing wasn't right and turned to Y/N, putting a finger to his lips signalling for her to keep quiet. She nodded and followed behind Gregory as he opened a door on the wall to the right of them.

As opened the door and peaked through, he gasped and covered his mouth. "What is it?" Y/N asked quietly.

"It's Chica." Gregory responds making Y/N look shocked. She quickly calms herself and thinks. "Maybe we could distract her with something," Gregory walked out of the doorway and stood beside Y/N as she looked at the table covered in junk. Then her face lights up, "What if we knock down the paint cans. If I'm correct, Chica should hear the paint cans being knocked over then go to see what happened, that means we can run into the bathroom and hopefully be safe from Chica."

Gregory had his jaw slightly open in amazement. 'How did she think of an entire plan in less than two minutes? I guess she is the smartest kid in class.'

"Gregory? Is that an ok plan or do you want to make a plan?" Gregory was tapped out of thoughts by Y/N asking him a question. He composed himself and closed his eyes for a moment then opened them.

"I think it's a great plan! But there's one thing about the plan I would like to confirm," Y/N hummed and Gregory responded in a serious tone, "I knock over the paint cans. I don't know what Chica will do if she comes around the corner and spots one of us. So I knock over the paint cans and then we run through the doors." Y/N sighs, walks over to the door and nods.

Gregory walks over to the paint cans and takes a shakey breath. He builds up all the courage he has and pushes over the paint cans. From the other side Chica hears the paint cans and starts to walk to them. Gregory and   Y/N run through the doors and into the bathroom.

"This area is off limits."

Y/N looks at Gregory concerned, "Are you alright?" Gregory responds with I'm fine and the two walk to the door Chica just walked through. She was standing infront of the table just awkwardly looking forward.

Gregory crouched and slowly walked past Chica, successfully walking past her. Y/N followed Gregory and when she got past Chica, Gregory gave her a smile and started walking through the bright, pink and green hallway.

Y/N looked down at her fazwatch and saw the time. "Gregory, it's nearly closing time. What if we don't make it out?" Gregory looked at Y/N and sighed.

"What have I been saying this whole time?" He asked Y/N and she mumbled. "That we will get out of here."

"Exactly. We will be out of here before we know it. Everything will be fine and if anything tries to stop us, I will kick them." Y/N laughed and smiled.

"Yeah we will get out of here!" Gregory smiled and faced forward they had walked for a couple of minutes and had arrived at a creepy corridor. The area was lit up by a dim, red light and mostly consisted of metal. "We can do this." Gregory held Y/N's hand to reassure her. She nodded and the two walked towards the creepy corridor.

As they stepped into it and started walking they turned around to see Montgomery busting through a metal gate, roaring loudly and swinging his arms he stood still for a short moment before charging at the children.

"RUN!" Gregory yelled, holding onto
Y/N's hand and running for dear life. They were breathing heavy and running from Monty. They turned a corner and heard Roxy say something behind them. They dodged a couple of bins only for Chica to burst out from a pile of rubbish. They ran up a set of stairs to try and confuse the robots a bit, it didn't work very well as they were charging at them with incredible speed. Y/N was about to look behind her to see if they had outrun the robots, "Don't look back!" Gregory yelled and at that moment she looked back and saw Monty only a few metres away from them. Scared, she started running beside Gregory, just wanting the robots to stop chasing them.

They entered a hallway and saw a grey metal door, Gregory and Y/N ran into the room panting and trying to catch their breath. Just then they heard Freddy speak through the fazwatch's.

"Well done Gregory and Y/N, you have found a security office. You should be quite safe here. The doors were trained to keep our highly trained security staff safe in the event of an emergency. As long as the doors stay closed, which they will as long as the is ample power."

Y/N and Gregory looked at the doors panicking, "Freddy. The power is only at 15% and they're pounding on the door!" Y/N said looking out of the window beside one of the doors seeing Monty banging his fists against the door. "How are we going to out of here?" Gregory asks Freddy.

"Do not panic. There should be an interface (a button) on the security desk. Hold on while I make it accessible to you... there. Now you can view the security protocols." Both kids ran to the button on the desk and pressed it.

"Your fazwatch's are now connected to the security camera system." They brought up their fazwatch's and saw they indeed were connected to the security cameras. "Those boxes on your Minimap are nearby security cameras. When movement is detected by the camera's motion sensors, you should see a red alert icon. Switch between cameras and find a safe path out of the office and to the lobby." Freddy cut off from the fazwatch and the two were left to get to the lobby.

"Alright we need to know where all of the animatronics are." Gregory brought up his cameras and found Chica circling an area and eating trash when she got each corner. Y/N looked at the door that Monty was pounding on and saw there was only 10% of power left to keep the door closed.

"Gregory! We have no time to make a plan, we need to just go for it otherwise Monty will get through the door!" Gregory nodded and slowly walked out of the office Y/N beside him. They turned down a hallway saw a strange metal box on wheels that could fit two children inside. "Do you think both of us could fit in there?" Y/N asked pointing at the strange box.

Gregory chuckled,"Probably, I mean if we can both fit in Freddy we could probably-" Gregory was cut off by the sound of metal foot steps walking close to them, they put their heads around a corner and saw Chica walking past. "Now's our chance to go round the left side and get to the lobby!" Y/N exclaimed and grasped Gregory's hand and went to run around the left side when she saw a prize box on the ground. She grabbed it and held it in her free hand, hearing metallic footsteps coming from their left they decided to go around the right way.

Prize box under her arm, Y/N was hyped to open the box once they got through a set of door that led them into a small dark 'hallway'. "I'm going to open it, and it's going to have something very cool inside!" Y/N hyped herself up and wound the box until a Chica piñata fell out. "How did they fit this," Y/N held up the piñata "In this?" She then held up the broken prize box before she felt a hand on her head.

"I have no idea, but I thinks we can question it later after we get out of here." Y/N nodded and put the piñata in her bag before running beside Gregory and bursting open the big doors infront of them. They were finally in the lobby and the saw the doors to their way out! And it was closing?!

"Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex is now closed. Initiating night time protocols."

Y/N and Gregory started running towards the exit as fast as they could. "No, no! Wait! We're still here!" Gregory shouted as they reached the doors which had now fully shut. "Please! Just let us out!" Y/N cried banging on the doors.

"I'm sorry Y/N, I broke my promise to you."
