An Adventure to Remember [ON HOLD]

7 ~ The Superstar Daycare-pt.1

No one's POV

Y/N and Gregory exited Customer Service and headed up the escalators to the Daycare. They completely forgot about Chica being in the lobby so when they got to the top of the stairs Chica was standing in the corner facing the Daycare entrance.

Gregory froze and grabbed the collar  of y/n's f/c/p shirt and pulled her behind a photo booth box thing and calmly waited for Chica to go back down the escalators.

While they were waiting, y/n brought up something random.
"You know those security bots?" Y/N spoke as they watched Chica start proceeding to walk towards the stairs.

"Yeah what about them?" Gregory asked with a smile and lead y/n by her hand to the daycare door.

"I think they're actually blind. I mean we got pretty close to one of them in the lobby and it didn't even notice us."

"I mean, they're probably programmed to only see a certain amount of space around them. I'm not really sure." Y/N hummed and watched as Gregory slid the daycare card into the small slot machine. It made a small beep and they both pushed the door open.

Y/n ook in her surroundings, mouth a gape. It was a big area lit up with pink/purple lights and 'Superstar Daycare' was written on the walls. There were trees and a beautiful fountain.

"I haven't been in this area in years!"
Y/N spun around taking in everything. Gregory chuckled at her childish behaviour and saw a roller door with a half sun, half moon in the centre of it. He walked up to the door and just like magic, it opened.

"Hey Gregory! Wait for me!" Y/n held one of her arms up in the air and leapt off the fountain. Gregory stopped and chuckled at her.

Y/N raced beside him and spotted the golden statue of a sun and moon animatronic in the middle of the cafe area, they were surrounded by blue barriers at the base of the statue so kids didn't climb on it. The area was set up with a variety of blue tables and matching chairs for the kids, and a couple wooden tables with red and aqua chairs for the adults and a few orange sofas.

"When I was a little kid, my parents would drop me off here so they could go to work. Sunny, or Sundrop, was always my favourite, but I suppose that was because he was the only animatronic I would see. But I still remember how, no matter how bad of a mood I was in, he would always made me happy." Gregory smiled at Y/N, but Freddy had to ruin the moment.

"Y/N and Gregory. I am unable to reach you. Check the Daycare security desk for a security badge, then let me in."

'So we need to get into the daycare.'
Y/N thought to herself before remembering the familiar rainbow slide that led into the daycare. She quickly looked around the cafe area and spotted the a slide with a sign above saying, 'Slide into Fun!'. Y/N ran up to the slide Gregory not far behind.

"Would you like to go down the slide first or-" Y/N was about to ask, before she felt hands wrap around her arms and she was sitting at the top of the slide, with Gregory right behind her. "W-we don't have to go in t-together!"

Before she knew it, her and Gregory were sliding down into the daycare. They went down through the rainbow slide before landing, not very softly, into a ball pit. "Woah." Gregory's eyes scanned the daycare, there was toys and arts and crafts supplies everywhere. There were two massive play equipments, sort of in the middle that were being connected by a wooden bridge.

He turned to Y/N to ask her where the security desk was but saw her jumping around and throwing balls up in the air. He chuckled and went over to her, "Y/N. I know you are probably very excited to be in here again, but we need to get out of here. I'm not saying you can't be excited, but you know the daycare better than I do." Y/N caught onto what he was saying and closed her eyes and got her serious face on.
