Venti doesn't understand Uriel at all. It was like her words seemed right but at the same time doesn't make any sense to him.

"Hm? What do you mean you can't understand me? Was it my pronunciation? I'm still trying my best," Uriel said in a downcast mood and looked down at her lap. Venti looked back at the girl and understood that she was very dense!

'No wonder! No wonder she can wander around in such a carefree manner! She was not cautious or anything, she was dense!' Venti pursed his lips and cannot help but laugh in disbelief at the sudden realization.

"Ah, forget it, since you obviously don't understand what the conversation was. As for the song, I can play it for you, let's go and rest here for a bit," Venti said and they set a camp near the road while they build a fire to keep themselves warm.

Venti started to play the lyre and graced Uriel with one of the songs that were a hit in Mondstadt a thousand years before. It was a song that tackles the tale of a traveler that traveled around Teyvat to find his missing destiny.

When the song ended, Venti was deep in thought and was trying to switch his mood before talking to Uriel again when he was suddenly enveloped in a warm embrace that came from his side.

"What- U-Uriel?" Venti stiffened and looked her way. He doesn't know what to do in the current situation.

"It was such a beautiful song, you did a good job letting me listen and understand the story you just performed! That traveler must be alone in this world, but the people he met along the way will always be there for him to help and support him when he needs it. Such a heart-warming story, I'm deeply moved, Venti!" Uriel hugged him tight and thanked him again.

'Ah... Uriel is a dense person, with a lot of empathy,' Venti thought and thanked her too before they started to pack up to leave when there was a sudden intruder that sneaked behind their backs.

"That's a hydro abyss mage!" Venti was surprised to see an enemy but he soon regained his calm. He was about to warn Uriel and run with her when he saw the blurred image of the girl sprinting towards the Abyss mage with her sword unsheathed.

"Wait- Uriel you-" Venti tried to stop her but she was immersed in fighting the abyss mage instead. He could only sigh and provide assistance to her battle and watch her attack pattern that was seemingly dancing in his eyes.

When the battle was done, he watched as Uriel seemed to be dazed as she gazed into the sky with deep thoughts,

"Uriel?" Venti worried about her and called her name, she seemed to snap out of her thoughts and looked back at him with a smile on her face.

"Yes, Venti?" She asked as she walked towards him. Nothing seems to be out of place nor was she hurt so Venti just put his worries at the back of his mind.

"Ah, nothing, let's be on our way before we get in trouble," Venti suggested and they resumed traveling towards Mondstadt till it was morning.

"We have arrived! Thanks for the ride, Uriel," Venti said with a smile and hopped down the cart in light footsteps.

"No problem! Well, I'll see you in Angel's Share later. Have a good day Venti!" Uriel said and went in the direction of the Adventurer's Guild. Venti watched her back turn smaller in the distance before he went in the direction of Angel's Share to get to his usual spot and decided to play some new tunes and got paid for his grand performance and his eye-catchy lyre.

From the people who come in and out of Angel's Share, he can catch one or two more of the conversation that talks about a familiar person: Uriel.

"That new adventurer sure is very tough and swift! I just commissioned her to get me fifteen berries and after a few minutes, she came back with it and all were fresh and juicy! I'm glad!"

"Not only that, The new Adventurer, Uriel, saved a couple of people from the training grounds because of the sudden fire that sparked all of the sudden! I don't know what she did but it was like magic! the fire suddenly dwindle in number and vanished with her just standing there in the middle!"

"Oh! I also heard just now from the Cathedral that she was helping around cleaning the outside. She also got rid of a few stray Anemo Slimes that flew inside the cathedral! She's so reliable!"

'... Again...' Venti thought and couldn't help but frown a little, she was going all out in her commissions that she seem to forget that she was a mere human with limitations.

'I better go out there and stop her,' Venti thought and looked outside the window to see that the sun was already setting down on the horizon. When he went outside Angel's Share, he saw a familiar figure walking her way to his location.

Just by looking at her posture, Venti knew that she was exhausted and was just pushing herself to meet him. He cannot wait anymore and decided to call her name.

"Uriel, over here!" Venti called her and she looked in his direction. He watched as the exhausted and dispirited look on her face changed and turned into an energetic and exciting expression.

"Venti!" She sprinted towards him and hugged him tightly. Venti looked down and found her happy expression while she snuggled with him. It was late when he realized their position and the eyes around them that made him feel sheepish.

"Ah this- Uriel, there's people looking," Venti patted her back lightly and smiled a little to her when she looked at him.

"Forget about them, Venti! I wanna hug first!" Uriel frowned and still hugged him without pulling away.

"B-But this is a bit embarrassing," Venti argued helplessly, and Uriel pouts while sulking.

"We're friends, what's so embarrassing about hugging? Come on, just a few more minutes, I'm tired, Venti," She said and looked at him with begging eyes. Venti could only sigh and went to the inconspicuous side of Angel's Share and let Uriel do her thing while they were sitting.

"Everyone in Mondstadt is very generous and kind! I earned two-thousand mora just from the commissions today. Venti praise me!" She started to tell him about her day and asked him to praise her. Venti was confused at her behavior and couldn't help but ask her about this.

"Uriel, are you that attention-starved back in Liyue? This kind of behavior, I believe that some might misinterpret your words and intentions," Venti said in a worried tone and watched her sit up straight and look at him on the yes.

"Venti, I think you worry too much about me, but I'm not saying it's a bad thing. Ehe, Isn't it normal to want to be praised for what you do at best? But since you think it will bring me something bad, then I will look after my actions in the future. Thank you, Venti!" She said with a smile and went for another hug from him again.

'Did she really understand my words?' Venti could only look down at her with a helpless look while thinking of this question inside his mind.
