"MOMMY" squeeled Emma when she saw Meredith open the door. Emma wrapped her arms around Meredith's neck and hugged her " I missed you mommy, did you have fun in Hawaii?" asked Emma. She looked over Meredith's shoulder and saw Derek approach, "DADDY" squeeled Emma, whom took both Meredith and Derek as a surprise, Emma never called Derek daddy, but it was the best feeling they both ever had. "Hey..Mer.." smiled Lexie whom just walked out of the kitchen. " Thank you so much for watching Emma this week" smiled Meredith hugging her sister. "It was no problem, zero" chuckeled Lexie, "You look rested" stated Lexie when she looked at her older sister , "I think it was good for you, you know getting away from this crap" sighed Lexie weakly. "I-i feel rested, yeah" responded Meredith, "I feel myself" added Meredith,

Derek crawled into bed and was followed by Meredith , whom snuggled up to him. "I am so tired" sighed Meredith when she rested her head on Derek's chest. "Me to" sighed Derek, while fighting against his sleep, he lost the battle against sleep, and sleep won it over.

They were woken by movement in the middle of the bed "Hmm, Derek, stop moving" grunted Meredith. "You stop moving" responded Derek, "I'm moving" whimpered Emma soft. Meredith turned on the light and sat up immediatly. "Emma?" she asked "What's wrong?" added Derek, " I had a nightmare" cried Emma out. "Come here baby" sighed Meredith pushing Emma's head on her shoulder,while Derek put their blanket over Emma, they slowly heard Emma's breathing steady and after five minutes, she was fast asleep, Meredith looked over at Derek and smiled. Meredith turned of the light and fell asleep quickly,

"Goodmorningg babe" smiled Derek kissing her nose, "Goodmorning" she groaned. "Hallo mommy,daddy" smiled Emma whom was still laying inbetween the two of them. "Hey cutie" squeeled Meredith whom was tickeling Emma's belly, "Mommy stop" chuckeled Emma slapping her arms in the air. Derek started to tickle Emma too,Emma's loud squeels of laughter were heard trough the whole house. Lexie popped her head around the corner "What are you doing " she asked. "They.are.tickeling.me" chuckeled Emma moving out of her parents grip, so she finally could take a breathe. "Can i come in?" asked Lexie, "Yeah sure" nodded Meredith. Lexie sat down on the corner of the bed and watched Emma run out of the room "be carefull baby" shouted Meredith. "You okay lex?" sighed Meredith, "Ill go take a shower" smiled Derek letting them have a talk. "I'm just.. Mark he-he is great, but i'm not ready to move in with him" sighed Lexie sad, "Can't you start by laying a tooth brush and a set of panties in his new apartment?" suggested Meredith. "yeah i-i just don't know" sighed Lexie, "Isn't it something to talk about with Mark, instead of me?" asked Meredith curiously. "Yeah, i'll talk to him later tonight" smiled Lexie, "You know you're a good sister Mer" added Lexie.

"Hey Mer, i'm doing an craneotomy right now, want to scrub in?" asked Derek when he saw Meredith walk trough the hallway. "For real, yes " smiled Meredith relieved, "Finally neurosurgery, i've been doing general for a while now" chuckeled Meredith. "Go scrub in then,i'm starting right now" smiled Derek, glad to make his wife feel good. Meredith followed Derek into the scrubroom and they started scrubbing,

"Okay Dr. Grey, if i cut this trough, what happens then?" asked Derek glancing at Meredith. Meredith didn't answer "Doctor Grey am i boring you?" asked Derek again, when she didn't answer. "I-i, she'll lose vis-vision" muttered Meredith, Meredith looked at Derek and before Meredith knew, she fell down on the ground.

"DOCTOR GREY" "MEREDITH" shouted Derek, "Someone help her" shouted Derek. Miranda Bailey came running in the OR followed by Izzie, "Weak polse" whispered Izzie. "Dr. Bailey, contact me if there's news" sighed Derek miserable, "Will do" responded Miranda before rolling Meredith out of the OR.

Meredith came by quickly looking around scared, " What happened?" whimpered Meredith when she grabbed Miranda's wrist. "You passed out in an OR" sighed Miranda when she sat down next to Meredith, "You were dehydrated, causing you to pass out" added Miranda. "I-i drank a bottle of water in the morning" stuttered Meredith confused, "You have to.. drink for two people now" smiled Miranda. "I-i-i what?" asked Meredith, "Meredith.. you're pregnant" stated Miranda. Right at that moment Derek came running in, " Meredith, oh god you're okay" smiled Derek hugging her tight. "I-i am pregnant" stuttered Meredith waiting for Derek's reaction, "We are going to have another child" smiled Derek excited, "I'm going to be there from the being this time" he added so happy. Miranda walked out of the room giving the two of them some privacy. "Addison is going to do an ultrasound on my in 5 minutes" smiled Meredith "So we can see how far along i am" she added happy.

"Meredith, Derek" smiled Addison, when she came walking in with an ultrasound machine. "Hey" smiled Meredith, and Derek. "If you could lift your top, i can put some gel on it, this might be a little cold" smiled Addison applying the gel. Addison watched the ultrasound with an weird expression, "What is it? something wrong with the baby?" asked Mereith. "No there's nothing wrong with your babies" smiled Addison when she turned the display to Meredith and Derek. "B-b-abies?" asked Meredith in utter shock, "You are having twins, i think you're about 16 weeks pregnant, so ill set your due date on the 4rd of march" smiled Addison. "I can see the sexxes if you want to know" smiled Addison glancing at Derek and Meredith. Meredith and Derek both looked at each other and nodded at the same time, and then looked at Addison "Yes" they both said

Addison looked at the ultrasound once again just to reassure herself " Baby 1 is a.. boy, and Baby 2 is a.. girl" "Emma, is going to have a brother and sister" smiled Meredith happy. "Yes.. a boy!" smiled Derek excited "And.. a girl!" he added excited.
