Sans and Papyrus left after the younger replaced your door. You were still reeling from the almost shooting a murderer thing. Plus the confession. It's been a very, VERY long day for you. Honestly what was Sans expecting anyway? He taken so many lives. He was a MONSTER literally and figuratively. And his brother seemed to support his murderous ways, even if he seemed to be on the 'friendlier' side of things. You groaned. And to top it all off, they were now living below your feet. 'For your protection.' They said. How were you supposed to feel safe if they knew where you lived? That they could kill you in your sleep? How could you believe that what they were saying, what Sans was saying, was true? Then again.. you thought back on the affection that Sans showed you when he was feral. He'd made no move to harm you. It was quite the opposite, actually. He'd licked away your tears (which was gross) and nuzzled his skull into you. So maybe his words rang true, but still, there was no way. You weren't going to be Sans moll. You decided to rest for the night. It had been an exhausting day..

"TO BED, BROTHER. I CAN FINISH UP HERE." Papyrus urged as they finished fortifying the base. They'd barred off the windows, changed the locks on the doors, and cleaned up, finding an old green couch in the manager's office. They'd have to get more furniture. "i'll take the chair." And by that, he meant the wooden chair at the manager's desk. "OH NO YOU DON’T! YOU CAN TAKE THE COUCH. OR BETTER YET, ASK [Y/N] IF YOU CAN SLEEP IN THERE FOR THE NIGHT." Papyrus crossed his arms triumphantly. Sans was hurting and no chair would help. Being closer to [Y/N] would. "you know i can't do that. [Y/N] already gave me her answer, not to mention she's scared of us." Plus there was the incident with the gun. Papyrus had noticed the graze on his brother's cheek, deciding not to question it for the moment. "WELL THEN I WILL ASK HER FOR YOU." Sans started. "wha- papyrus no! i can't handle anymore heartbreak right now." Papyrus sighed. "... ALRIGHT, FINE. I'LL ASK TO SLEEP ON HER COUCH MYSELF THAN, BUT WE BOTH NEED A DECENT NIGHTS REST AND YOU NEED TO TALK TO HER ABOUT WHATEVER HAPPENED WHILE I WAS GONE." Papyrus said with finality.

You were almost asleep before there was a loud knock on your door. You groaned and turned in bed, hoping they would just leave. They didn't. In fact, they knocked again. You begrudgingly got up and stumbled through the apartment and to your front door. You blinked up at the tall skeleton before you. "What do you want, Papyrus?" He took off his hat and wagged his tail hopefully. "I WAS HOPING I COULD SLEEP ON YOUR COUCH TONIGHT? WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH FURNITURE IN OUR BASE YET, AND SANS WAS NOT FELLING WELL ENOUGH TO ASK HIMSELF." You were more alert now. "Why my couch and why ask? Why not just take it like you take our hard earned money or our lives?" That may have came out harsher than you intended, because Papyrus looked like an odd, dejected puppy. "WE HAVE TO LISTEN TO THE DON, IT'S NOT LIKE WE WANT TO STEAL OR SANS WANTS TO KILL... IT'S NOT HIS FAULT HE'S SICK.." Papyrus mumbled. You sighed. "Whatever... just take the damn thing." You went to your room, done with tonight. Papyrus words had you thinking though. Sans is sick? What does that have to do with anything? Why do they HAVE to listen to their Don?

Don Gaster sat stiffly at his desk. They were late. It never took Sans this long to take out so few humans. Unless.. a smile crept on his face. They weren't coming back. Those DAMNED FOOLS were finally trying to break away. That frankly pissed the Don off. It burned in his magic and nearly pushed him off the edge, but Don Gaster contained himself. He would find them eventually, and he would make sure they never pulled a stunt like this again, yes. He would make his brother's suffer for disobeying and defying his command. He would destroy all they held dear. This would NOT happen again for as long as he was in control. HE was the DON after all.

Finding Papyrus asleep on your couch was the last thing you were expecting. You'd meant for him to take the couch to his base, not sleep here! Something else you weren't expecting, he wasn't in his usual brown tweed suit with the red scarf, instead he was in silk, orange and red striped pajamas. For once, he looked like a normal person, er, monster who held down some job and didn't do illegal activities for a living. Feeling a bit self conscious that you both slept in the same house, you decided to check on Mrs. Rachel and Mr. Jacob were doing. You changed quickly into a [F/C] dress with [F/M] (Favorite Metalic gold, silver, etc) deco patterns on it. You did your hair how you wanted it and applied whatever you desired to your face before putting on a pair of [F/S] Ellies and exiting your house and leaving the sleeping skeleton to his own devices.

Soon you were knocking on your neighbors door. Mrs. Rachel pulled you in quickly, slamming the door shut behind her. "OH THANK GOD YOU'RE ALRIGHT! I THOUGHT HE'D GOTTEN YOU FOR GOOD!" Mrs. Rachel cried out. "Hush, Mrs. Rachel. I'm just fine! It's.. God, Mrs, it's so complicated. I can't wrap my head around it.." The woman pulled her along to her dining table. "I'll make some tea. Then tell me everything." This... was going to be a long story.
