Chapter 11 "Happy Birthday Ari" pt1

"You can't win Ms.Carter, I'm always two steps ahead of you."

I woke up with my hand on my heart and my blonde hair covering my eyes, "good way to ruin your surprise Ari." Aaron said holding a cupcake with a candle. It's not my fault I'm having nightmares about our fucked up principle. I smiled at them, Luna, Aaron and most importantly Noah.

It was already my birthday and the most important people are here to celebrate it with me. Even if my mother made sure she stayed another week down in Africa, I just know today is special. Not even because it's my birthday, just because it's a feeling.

"Are you ready?" Noah asked pulling me off the bed, trying figure out what he's taking about. He grabbed me by the waist pulling closer, and the candle was bright with pink stripes matching the cupcake wrapper. "Happy birthday to you." They sang as I smiled showing all my teeth. Noah kissing me on cheek, "I have a few surprises for you.".

I don't like being showered with gifts but I know he feels he needs to because of my absent mother. "Now hurry up and make a wish girl!" Luna said holding the cupcake to face. How could I wish for anything when everything was perfect right at this moment. Noah caved my hand with his make me blush.

I blew the candles thinking of one wish.

"Anyways! What time is it you guys." I combed my hair back with my hands, they laughed at me but I was serious. "It's 10 pm." Aaron laughed catching his breath as he ate my cupcake, ugh all that frosting on his face.

"Wow and mirror, Aaron use it." I said walking into the bathroom, they couldn't stop smiling at me. It was getting kinda creepy.

I smiled at myself in the mirror as I couldn't recognize my reflection. I washed my face in the sink. As I picked my head up to check my face, I seen Mr.Burner standing behind me with a sinister smile. "Ahh!" I turned around to face him but he just disappeared, *KNOCK KNOCK*

"You okay Ari." Noah opened the door with his eyebrows furrowed, I wasn't going to ruin my birthday over a...a hallucination? "I'm fine." I said gripping on my sink counter. He turned away and came in as if he wanted no one to know he entered.

I bit my lip of the fear of lying to him even more. "Good cause I want you to save that screaming for tonight." He said smirking as I blushed. He pulled my bottom lip out of my mouth. Then I felt the butterflies in my stomach fly around, how can he still have this affect on me?

He kissed me leaving me wanting more. Then he closed the door leaving me to finish.

"You're birthday party is gonna be at my house and-" I blocked Luna's voice as I started to day dream, looking at Noah smile and laugh, I was just taken by him.

"Arianna, Arianna hello!" She said snapping her finger in my face, I look towards her trying to catch up to where she left off, crap.

"I bought you a dress for the party that your gunna wear with those heels." She said as her dimples dented in. She showed me the dress and it was gorgeous. It was tight dress pushing all my curves, and the heels were perfect pumps. "What would I do with out you, Darling?" I said in my British accent, "who knows, Darling?" She mocked flowing her hand.

We laughed until we realized we were being watch by our boyfriends who were creeped out and laughing. "I thought we were weird." Noah said in a British accent laughing at us which just made Aaron laugh harder. We gave them the middle finger and I walked into my room with Luna. We laid in the bed just smiling like the world stop for us.

"Jay is out the hospital. He is most likely coming to your party." I looked towards Luna's brown eyes as she talked. I hope Jay is okay, I haven't seen him since that last party. Oh gosh my last party, I hope I don't get so drunk. "Ari!" I jumped as Luna looked at me, "I did it again, huh." She nodded her head. "So what were you saying?" I asked as she rolled her eyes.
