My stomach grumbled as we walked to an arena that was made for friendly battles like this. Natsu, the energetic pinkette that demanded a fight with Erza, was walking with us, along with his group of friends.

There was a shirtless man who wasn’t shirtless before, and he introduced himself as Gray before Natsu corrected it to Ice Princess, which started a fight in the middle of the street. Erza broke them up.

There was a taller one with piercings all over his body. He was kind of scary, but you could tell he was a big teddy bear on the inside with the way he was talking to Levy. Apparently, they knew each other. I could tell by the way she screamed, “GAJEEL!” Before jumping in his arms.

I would have to question her about that later.

“There is food place there. Don’t die us yet, Lucy!” Levy exclaimed, and in turn, my stomach growled even more.

“I don’t know Levy. I haven’t eaten since this morning, and I think I might die!” I responded back, throwing my arms in the air. The group laughed at me, and I blushed. I probably seemed like a pig to them all.

We continued to walk, and I was trailing behind them with my hands in my pockets. My keys were still there, along with my phone, which I was currently listening to music on. I wasn’t paying attention to much of anything, just following the group as we walked.

I did, however, hear a voice start to talk to me. I quickly took an ear bud out and turned to see Natsu staring at me. “Pardon?”

“What are you listening to?” He asked.

“Panic at the Disco.” I admitted, “This is Gospel.”

Telling him was worth the weird looks I got from everyone else, because his smile was probably the best thing in the entire world.

“Didn’t take Blondie as a punk pop person.” Gajeel mumbled to himself. However, we all heard it and Levy slapped his chest.

Natsu then said, “I actually don’t mind them, though I’m more of a Sleeping with Sirens guy myself.”

I smirked, “Not bad, but Panic at the Disco is better.” I responded, smirking slightly, begging for a challenge. This started a debate on who was better. This continued the rest of the way to the Arena, and I could tell that Erza was about to kill us because we were annoying her.

The arena was huge, and I gawked at it awe we arrived. “Close your mouth, Luce. Might swallow a fly.” Natsu said laughing. I glanced at him and slapped him upside the head. He grunted in pain, and I laughed at him this time.

Erza grabbed the pink haired mage and dragged him off somewhere, and I just followed everyone one else in another direction, turning to see Natsu struggle to get Erza to let go of his shirt so he could walk properly.

“Where are they going?” I asked Levy after I caught up with her and Gajeel.

“They’re heading to the actual arena. We’re heading to the stands so we can cheer Erza on.” Levy responded.

I tilted my head, confused. “Why Erza?”

Gajeel beat Levy to the answer. “He has no chance of winning. Erza is going to beat his ass to the ground.”
