I am sooo sorry about not uploading in almost a month. I just had some personal things to deal with plus my computer taking a massive shit on itself. I really hope you understand, but the weekly updated will be back! There is going to be a new updating schedule which will be posted here along as my profile.

I ran, far away from my roommates and friends. I needed to find my father, and quick, before he started to harm the people I care about. Tears were already running down my face, splattering onto my shirt and floor.

"Lucy!" Someone cried out behind me, but I completely ignored them. I needed to find him. I needed to tell him that he could not control my life anymore. I was not going to be his minion again, just there to marry off so he can receive more and more money.

I knew I had found him when I saw the large crowd of people surrounding something. Leave it to my father to cause a huge scene. A loud scream of pain could be heard from miles away, resonating from the center of the pile of people. "Give me Lucy Heartfilia and none of you will be hurt like she was!"  I could recognize that voice from anyway.

I started to shove people out of my way, people protesting, but shut up when they realized who it was. It got to the point when I got closer to the center, people were moving out of my way. Eventually, I saw what was happening in the center. A small, blue haired girl was laying on the ground. It wasn't Levy, seeing as she was following up right behind me.

It was Wendy! She was battered and hurt, laying unconscious.

"There she is! My little Angel!" My father exclaimed, throwing both of his hands toward me. My eye twitched in anger. I stormed over to him. "Are you coming to give Daddy a -" I didn't let him finish his sentence. I slapped him across the face.

He sputtered for a few seconds, surprised that I would ever do something like that to him. Me, his sweet daughter who would do anything for him. Yeah, sure. That was a load of bullshit.  He faced me once more, his face contorted into a look of anger.

"W-Who are you to think you can do that?" He shouted. I slapped him again.

"Who were you to come here and hurt my friends?" I yelled, getting up into his face. "I ran away to get away from you and your controlling ways. I was not going to let myself be married off!"

"You were of age. I was going to join our company with another and we would be the largest in all of Fiore!"

 Everything he said was just pissing me off."Father, I'm 16! I haven't even graduated High School yet! What makes you think I am ready to be married, especially to that jerk Dan! I swear he was a pedophile!" 

"Lucy!" A voice shouted. I turned my head to see Natsu running towards me. His eyes were filled with worry. I held a hand, telling him to stop.

"Go help Wendy. She needs it more." I told him, he looked around before seeing the dark haired girl on the ground, being helped by Levy and Gajeel. His face also turned to one of anger, but he left them be.

"She has help. I'm here to help you." Natsu responds.

"Who is this? Is this the boy you're fucking?" My father asks, Infuriated. "I didn't raise you to be a whore, Lucy Heartfilia!" He raises his right hand to strike me. He successfully did, and I landed on the ground, rolling a few times.

"Lucy!" Natsu exclaimed, running over to me. He fell onto his knees next to my limp body. "Please tell me you're okay!" He pleaded.

I struggled to pull myself up, but the damage was minimal. "If you think I can be taken down that easily, then you have another thing coming for you." I told. His smile made my heart skip a beat. He grabbed my arms and helped me up, and I dusted my clothes off.

"You know, if you treated her like this, there may have been a reason for her to run away." Levy spitted at my father, venom laced into her voice. Wendy was taken away in Gajeel's arms to the nearest hospital, leaving Levy here to help with us.

"Do you even know who I am?" My father shouted at her. She nodded her head.

"Jude Heartfilia, owner of over half of the railroads in Fiore. Probably the richest person in the entire world. Married Layla out of love, and was concluded to be mentally unstable after her death. They only have given birth to one child, and her name was Lucy, or Lucky Lucy Heartfilia." Levy responded, walking over to him. "The same Lucy that you have abused for almost seven years. The same Lucy we all know and love."

Natsu nodded. "I may have only known Lucy for a few weeks, but it's been the best few weeks of my life. She may be an heiress, but she's a Fairy Tail mage, and my best friend over anything else!" He exclaimed, walking up to him and getting up into my father's face. "Lucy Heartfilia isn't here. She's gone. Lucy of Fairy Tail is here."

At the time he was done with his speech, I had tears in my eyes. I quickly whipped them away and joined Natsu. "He's right. I am no longer Lucy Heartfilia. Go look for her somewhere else and never come back." I demanded, standing my ground in front of him.

"If you're not going to come back by yourself, then you leave me no choice." He starts before reaching for something in his inside coat pocket. "I'll have to bring you back by force."

A gunshot rang through the air.
