One-short Summary: Barry is forced to watch Killer Frost be tortured until he gives him what he wants and if he doesn't Zoom will kill the metahuman.
This takes place when Frost saves Jesse but Barry didn't make it out of the cell in time to leave with his friends back to his Earth.

I watched as Killer Frost covered Zoom's entire body with ice after he tried to kill Jesse.
Grunting in pain Frost turned her head to the side so that she's now looking at Harry and the others.
"You guys need to leave now before he melts the ice," She said turning her full attention back to Zoom.
Cisco looked at me asking his head as he began to cross his arms over his chest.
"I'm not leaving without you, Barry," He said running over to my cell almost knocking over Frost.
Well damn, Cisco she saves your life, and you repay by almost knocking her to the ground.
Zoom was almost out of the ice by the time Frost was able to regain her balance, but she was able to put him back into an ice barrier.
Frost looked at Cisco trying her best to zoom on the ground, I'm glad she's helping us instead of trying to kill us again.
"Breacher I know you care about Barry but you need to get back to your earth, okay, I will protect Barry for you until you can get back here," She said looking at me with a sad smile.
Cisco looked between me and Frost before he slowly began to nod his head walking back over to Jesse and Harry.
Jesse gave Frost a thankful smile before she was pulled into the breach Cisco formed after he arrived by their side.
"We'll see you soon Barry, both of you," Cisco said giving both me and Frost a salute before jumping through the breach.
Watching as the breach slowly closed behind Cisco, Frost finally stopped covering zooms body with Ice.
Frost collapsed onto her knees breathing heavily, stopping Zoom from hurting Jesse must have taken a lot of energy from her.
After a few minutes of trying to catch her breath, Frost slowly rose back to her feet.
She looks like she's hasn't slept in weeks.
"Are you okay, Frost?" I asked as she began to look around Zoom lair or something or someone.
Frost stopped looking around for whatever she was looking around for before she looked at me nodding her head.
"I'm fine Flash just looking for something to break you free with," She said picking up a rusty old crowbar from off the ground.
Okay what long was that fucking laying there for, cuz that would have been helping like 30 mins ago.
Frost gave the crowbar a few spins before she walked towards my cells.
