One-shot Summary: Rachel loses control over her emotions when Barry accidentally embarrasses her in front of everyone, now it's up to Barry, Frost, and the rest of team flash to bring their friend back.

Dark Phenix landed on the ground beside Cisco and Frost, her eyes redder than Thanwe's.
I know Rachel is still in there fighting to escape Dark Phenix's hold on her, but she is failing badly, so you can see.
"Barry Allen, better known as the flash. I must thank you for finally getting Rachel to let me free from that damn cage, "Dark Phenix said stepping onto Cisco's chest.
Cisco began to grunt in pain as Rachel crushed his ribs with only one step of her boot.
Frost slowly rose from her spot beside Cisco on the ground an arm wrapped around her ribs, grunting in pain every time she breathed.
"This isn't you Rae, come back to us, please, "Frost said blasting Rachel away from Cisco falling onto her knees.
Dark Phenix just slid on her knees crossed the hard ground nicely forming an icele, "Maybe I should finally finish what Zoom couldn't that day back on your earth Frosty," She said grabbing the ice meta by the neck.
Rachel would never harm Frost or well anyone, she is one of the kindest people I have ever known.
You're all probably wondering why Rachel is all in her Dark Phenix mode right now.
Well, it all started at Jitters coffee when I took Frost, Rachel, Cisco, and Jesse out to get a cup of coffee like we always do after a long battle.

After a very long battle against Thawne and Shelby, I decided to treat everyone that fought alongside me to some coffee and a quick bite to eat.
We may have lost the battle right now, but that doesn't mean we won't win the next one or the one after that one.
Rachel still hasn't gotten over what her own mother had to say to her while in battle.
She literally hid away from everyone once we returned from the battle, all because of Shelby.\
I told Rachel and the others to go grab us a booth to sit at, while I grabbed the coffees we all like.
When I was given the drinks on a fancy metal tray, I walked over to the booth my friends and Girlfriend were currently sitting chatting away.
But I wasn't watching where I was going, and I accidentally spilled the very hot coffee all over Rachel.
