12: Meeting The Queen

Y/N woke back up in his bed yet again, the flames of the fireplace were gracefully dancing, casting shadows throughout the quaint room. He was quickly met with a throbing pain in his back, Y/N sat up and reached his hand out to touch it. The spot in which the demonic wings had sprouted had been cleaned and stitched back together, Y/N relaxed his body and smiled to himslef at how lucky he was to have the companions he did, maybe these girls aren't so bad after all. He walked like a zombie due to the tiredness of his whole body into the hallway, standing in his way was Chione. Chione was facing the floor whilst she stood up completely frozen, her hair covered her face so that Y/N could not see her expression. He waddled over to her and looked up at her face, he parted her hair to reveal that her eyes were closed and she was asleep standing up.

Y/N "Chione wake up!"

Chione "Oh hey there Y/N."

Y/N "Were you sleeping in the hallway?"

Chione "Uh...yeah."

Y/N "Why?"

Chione "Don't worry about it."

Chione quickly responded to him as to change the conversation, he quickly dismissed the curiosity and took a step away from the mummy.

Y/N "Anyway...I'll see you for breakfast okay."

Chione gave him a quick look as he walked past her towards the living area, Y/N walked into the main part of the tent and saw Genie looking at him with a clear disappointed look on her face. He sat down at the table and she put her hands on her hips whilst maintaining her unwavering gaze.

Genie "And where have you been?"

Y/N "What do you mean?"

Genie "I mean why did you sleep so long?"

Y/N "I'm in a bit of a bad state currently."

Genie "Well we've all been waiting for you, it's your turn to cook breakfast yunno?"

Y/N "Wait what?"

Genie "Look at the rota, it's your turn to cook breakfast."

Y/N "What about the other two girls?"

Genie "They just got here!"

Y/N "Okay okay, I'm going."

Genie "Great."

Y/N reluctantly got up out of his seat and stumbled his way across the room to the kitchen as Genie left in the opposite direction, he got into the kitchen and took a look around for any form of inspiration of what to make, in the end he just made pancakes and cut up some fruit to accompany it. By the time he was finished the kitchen was an utter mess that Y/N he left behind as he took the breakfast to the girls who were eagerly waiting.

He layed the plates down and took a seat, everyone tucked into theiir food immediatly.

Courtney "It's okay I guess."

Y/N "Bit mean."

Jane "I'm sure he put loads of effort into it, I love it!"

Yuri "I have to agree with Courtney, Genie made better bacon yesterday."

Y/N "Yeah but I didn't make bacon its completely different."

Chione "But her breakfast was better."

Y/N "Can we all stop ganging up on me?"

??? "Sorry to interupt your meal, but I have a message to give to Y/N L/N."

Y/N turned to see a person standing before him, her body was covered from head to toe in pale blue armour with white accents that resembled ice, the armour was in pristine condition and her helmet covered her face and changed the sound of her voice.
