While pondering around the shop for a bit before I found the aisle of canned goods. I scanned the shelves for medicine or anything for Madeleine.

Maybe hot soup would work...

I picked up two cans of soup. One was tomato the other was chicken. I decided to go with the chicken since the tomato soup was a little thicker than the chicken. I put them in the basket and went on with my grocery shopping.

I head up to Spinach and check out.

"How's your morning?"

"Good, a bit tired though. I didn't get the chance to get some coffee,"

Spinach finished scanning my items. I took my bags and left. The pure white snow crunched under my feet. The sound was somewhat relaxing to me. Soon, I was at Maddy's door. I knocked on the door twice. I saw the door open up in front of me and I saw Madeline in a t-shirt and boxers.

"But your my gues-"

I paused Madeline in his tracks, and gestured him to his room.

"Your sick and you look like your going to fall on the ground any moment, GO. REST."

Madeline scoffed and wobbled to his room. I laid the plastic bags of food on the counter and started to heat up the soup. As the soup was heating up, I took my jacket off and checked on Madeline. He was lying on his back and whining. He started to gestured for to come with him on the bed.
"Hell no,"
"Please?"
"I got soup for you in the microwave,"
