The way was to wander off the set course
Now before you say "No-"
Just realize we all know
Nevermind, he'd have to want it
"He knows it" She was told as she tried to cover her secret
Must've been wary of the "Don't worry"
A fourth or seventh time-
To fly away then, that beautiful soul
He fixed her with fear
Protected her with a cage
Then a new man came and took her away
Wrapping a silk strip over those stormy eyes
While whispering, "I'll take your pain away."
Show her a paradise beyond the grave
For how was she supposed to know then
That he'd keep his promise but in a different way
Giving her an unmarked grave instead of a wedding day
