A man can give a woman anything
If she gives up everything

Though in five years we'll see him on Dateline
He had a pretty little wife, after sleeping with four or five others-
If she'd face the music sooner-
She'd admit to us that he beat her in his drunken stupor
But he cradled her battered limbs in their king-sized bed
So he couldn't be that bad, right?
Her family, who mocked her for marrying young, whispers behind closed doors
Aloud her family wonders when grandchildren will appear
She replies, "I found out I'm infertile" and fake cries
