It was December 31st and you were invited to the popular girl from your school's house for a New Years party. You were excited to go because it was the first year your parents let you go to a New Years party. You got into your outfit (picture) and went outside to wait for your friends to pick you up.

After a 20 minute drive filled with you and your friends yelling the lyrics to your favourite songs, you arrived at her house. You were so excited! Once you opened the door you could instantly hear "I'm Sexy And I Know It" by LMFAO coming from the house. You walked in and instantly laid your eyes on the most handsome boy you have ever seen. He looked back at you and winked, and then went back to talking to his friends.
While you and your friends spend hours dancing and chatting and eating some delicious food, you and this handsome stranger kept making eye contact. Right before the clock hit 12, you had to go to the washroom. After you had done your business you heard that there were only 20 seconds until midnight, so as you tried to run to the main room to meet your friends, you bumped into a large figure.
"Woah woah woah, slow down there," he said as he steadied you in his arms.
"I'm sorry-" you froze when you looked up and realized who you bumped into. It was the handsome boy you kept making eye contact with!!!
"It's all good!" He said and you both giggled.
You noticed that the people of the party were counting down from 10, and this stranger seemed to notice at the same time.
At 4, he took your face into his big hands and stared into your eyes. When everyone yelled 1 he kissed you! It was a short and sweet kiss and you didn't want it to end, but he pulled away and looked into your eyes.
"I'm Hunter, and you are really beautiful," he said quietly.
"Y/n," you said, blushing.
"Well y/n, the party awaits!" he said as he looped his arm with yours. You both laughed as you walked back to the party together.
