The next day after school Luka and Zoe met up again at their special place. They kept meeting up each day after school, and Luka and Zoe looked forward to the school day ending as they enjoyed spending time with each other.

Each day Luka was more and more convinced that Zoe was his secret admirer. He would often see her blush and he actually thought it was very cute. But he needed something to prove it definitely was her.

A few days before Valentine's Day, Arnaka came down with a bad cold. Rose made her a 'Get Well' card and asked if everybody could write a get well message to her and sign it.

Luka thought this was the perfect opportunity to compare writing styles to find out who his secret admirer was.

Luka was one of the first people Rose asked to write in the card, but he said to her, 'Get the others to sign first, I'll write in it later.'

'What's the difference?' Rose said.

'Uh, I need to think about what I want to write' Luka replied, as that was the best excuse he could come up with.

'Okay Luka' Rose replied, and asked everyone else to write in the card. She took the card to school so those who were not at the Liberty that day could write in it too.

Luka was meditating in his cabin after seeing Zoe one night, when Juleka knocked on his door.

'Hey bro. Rose gave me the card for mom. I've already written in it. Have you thought about what you want to write yet?'

'Uh, yeah. Has everyone else written in it now?' Luka asked her.

'Ya, you're the last one bro.'

He took the card and opened it up.

Juleka looked confused. 'Are you reading everyone's messages?' Juleka asked him. 'It's for mom ya know, not you!'

'Uh...yeah, for inspiration!' Luka replied.

Juleka cocked her head to the side, furrowed her brow and said, 'No, that's not the reason! I know you! Something's up with you!'

Luka sighed. 'I can't hide anything from you Jules' he chuckled.

He took the paper out of his hoodie pocket. Juleka sat next to him on the bed.

'A week or so ago I found this Valentine on the floor of my cabin. I have no idea who wrote it or where it came from.'

Juleka took it and read it. 'Wow, it's so sweet and heartfelt! But it doesn't say who it's from!'

'Exactly. I have my suspicions that it's Zoe' Luka said, blushing a little.

'Aww! That's sweet! Do you feel the same way about her?' Juleka asked him.

'Well, we have been spending every afternoon together after school this week. She is so easy to talk to and I have caught her blushing sometimes when we were chatting together. She always tries to hide it, but I have to admit, it's adorable.' He smiled fondly, just thinking about her.

'Aww! You're such a romantic, big bro!' Juleka replied, giving him a friendly nudge.

'That's why I thought if I compared writing styles with the get well card for mom, I could find out for sure who my secret admirer is!' Luka smiled.

'Great idea bro! Let's see...'

Juleka held up the poem and they placed it next to every get well message on the card.

Zoe's matched the writing style perfectly.

Luka's heart skipped a beat. 'Looks like my suspicions were correct' Luka smiled.

'Are you going to write her a Valentine in reply?' Juleka smiled.

'That depends. Are you going to write one for Rose?' Luka smirked.

Juleka blushed and looked at the floor. 'Um...well...'

'No point in denying your feelings, Jules' Luka replied. 'You've liked her for ages, time to just come out and tell her. I can tell she really likes you too.'

Luka hugged her. Juleka hugged him back. 'Okay. Can you help me big bro?'

'Sure sis!' Luka replied.

They got to work writing Valentine cards. Luka helped Juleka write one for Rose, then he worked on replying to Zoe's poem.

'Oops, better give mom her get well card before we forget!' Luka chuckled.

Juleka giggled. 'Yeah, don't forget you still gotta sign it!'

'Oh, yeah!' Luka laughed. He wrote a quick message for his mom, and went to his mom's cabin, but she was already sound  asleep so he left the card on her bedside table for her to read in the morning.

Valentine's Day was on a Sunday. The day before was Kitty Section rehearsals and Zoe came and watched Luka as usual. At times though, she noticed that he would return her gaze with those piercing turquoise eyes of his, and smile a loving smile. Zoe would blush and look away. Luka chuckled and found it adorable.

Arnaka loved her card and was feeling much better after reading everyone's get well messages.
