 Seven's pov-

Two weeks, she's been here for two weeks. I've been listening to Artemis's moans every night for the past two weeks. I spent the first week in Layla's room until I couldn't take being there anymore, she's a good fuck but an annoying girl, she talks too damn much.

She's been here for two weeks and she's managed to top my marks, she now has the best marks in the whole school. We had mid terms and she completely crushed them. I'm convinced she's cheating, she's got to be. She doesn't pay attention in class, she doesn't do the homework and somehow she's still passing, not just passing but excelling. I cannot describe to you how angry it makes me that she's just naturally good at everything. She even beat me in combat, how the fuck did she beat me in combat?

I still don't know anything about her, I even tried looking into my father's files but hers was empty. All I know is that her name is Sin, whether that's her first name or last name I truly have no idea. I don't know how old she is, I don't know where she came from, I don't know anything and it is infuriating. Part of me is tempted to just walk over and ask her but the other part is too stubborn. I don't want her to know she intrigues me, I don't want her to know how much she frustrates me.

What I do know is that I need to knock her down a peg. I want my top marks back and I don't care if that means ruining her. I always get what I want, and what I want is to destroy her. It's sad honestly, she really hasn't done anything to me, not on purpose at least. She's not even trying and yet she's managed to make me hate her.

" I still don't get why you hate her so much." Max said, spinning around in my desk chair.

" She's been here for two fucking weeks and she's maanged to take everything from me. Do you see the way everyone just falls at her feet?" I asked, completely annoyed.

" She's mysterious, it makes people curious. She's been here for two weeks and no one knows her real name, you can't blame people for being curious." he pointed out but I was having none of it.

" I want her gone." I said determinedly.

" How're you going to manage that?" he asked.

" I'm not quite sure. I think I'll try befriending her first. I want to know what she's hiding. No one is as secretive as her unless they're hiding something, I want to know what. Once I figure it out I can blackmail her into leaving." I felt like the villain in every hero movie.

Max proceeded to get up from the chair and tell me I sounded crazy before leaving my room, leaving me alone.

I heard a knock on the door, " It's Artemis, open up." I heard the door open.

" How's your day going?" I heard Artemis ask, she didn't respond, not verbally at least. She's very quiet, most of the time she doesn't even speak when spoken to. Most of the time she uses non verbal responses, I can picture her shrugging to Artemis's question. She lets everyone else do the talking and she just sits there listening, though I'm not sure if she's actually really listening.

I heard Artemis jump onto the bed and I know it was her because Sin never jumps onto the bed, she always sits down carefully. When she's in there by herself she makes very little noise, most of the time I forget she's even in there. The only time I'm really reminded she's in there is when I hear her sink or shower turn on or her door open and shut. She walks very lightly, almost like she's trying to go undetected.

I could hear Artemis's giggles and decided I couldn't take it anymore. I'm sick and tired of listening to her shrieking moans every night. I walk out and pound harshly on the door. It flies open within a matter of seconds and Sin stares at me, waiting for me to explain myself.
