The gang has, over the course of probably about two weeks, embraced the idea of a new member, that being Stephen. He was another person for the boys to wait with outside HeroCram. Gray has an extra class than everyone else today, and despite telling them to go without him, they all decided to wait together for him.
Ben: So guys...
Alex: Here we go again..
Ben: I was thinking-
Rowan: Not again...
Ben: Stop interrupting me!
Alex: ...
Rowan: ...
Ben: Thank you, ANYWAY, I was thinking you know what kind of vibe Stephen kind of gives off?
Stephen: ...
Gerard: No Ben, what vibe does Stephen give off.
Ben: I can smell your sarcasm Broccoli.
Teddy: Really? I didn't detect any!
Gerard and Teddy: *Fist Bump*
Alex: Humor me, I'm curious.
Ben: He kinda has the personality of that one dad who like, wouldn't leave you at the grocery store.
Rowan: He kinda does actually.
Alex: Like he would remember his kid at the park.
Gerard: Or the gas station.
Ben: Or like a baseball game.
Stephen: *Smiling*
Ben: I think its the smile, he has the 'I'm proud of you no matter what your grades are and I won't forget you anyway' kind of look.
Alex: He does seem like he would like his kids, enough not to abandon them anywhere.
Rowan: No he would PURPOSELY remember them.
Gerard: Seems like the types who would do things like, help with homework, instead of saying go ask your mom and/or older sibling.
All: In agreeance
Stephen: *Looks at Eugene*
Eugene: *Shrugs*
Eugene: You kind of gotta let them do their thing. They're kind of odd some times, they mean well though.
Stephen: Oh
Eugene: Literally Ben is always talking about how were a group of children looking for "parents."
Eugene: The title doesn't really mean much though, I don't think.
Stephen: *nods*
Teddy: *Has that look of absolute scheming that the gang knows, but Stephen is too new to know about*
Teddy: Without any further context Stephen, would you like to father our gang of fatherless children.
Rowan: *knows exactly what they're doing* Yea, you're kind of already doing that, but you'll just have a title as well.
Gerard: *also understands* Yea, there's really no commitment or obligations you are expected to fulfill with the title of 'father' than what your already doing.
Stephen: Um... Okay?
Ben: Let's go, we've acquired another parent.
Stephen: Another? Wh-
Rowan: OMG GRAY'S DONE
Gray walks up to the gang that is just bursting with energy. Literally a group of children waiting for their mom to get off work so they can hang out.
Gray: Hey Stephen. *takes a seat next to him on the bench*
Gray: They didn't bother you much right? *Has threatening vibe towards the children*
Stephen: No, they're a handful, but I had fun!
Gray: Good *pats Stephen on head*
Alex: Oh yea Stephen got promoted btw
Ben: Oh yea Gray Guess what!!
Gray: What?
Ben: You're not a single parent anymore! Congrats
Gray: *Visible confusion*
The Children: *Look at Stephen*
Gray: *Looks at Stephen*
Stephen: *Smiles, obviously embarrassed*
Gray: They're your problem now *leaning into him*
Stephen: *Wraps arms around Gray's Torso, since that what he was silently asking for*
Stephen: Alright *Puts chin on shoulder*
The Children: *Visible Confusion.

Hey guys, first school wore me out. Complete exhaustion. Then my old, stupid, computer (That I just bought a charger for) Broke. I'm going to have someone take a look at it and see what he can do.
But I've been getting enough sleep this break, to recharge.
I actually reread this whole "story", to see where I was, and by the end I was like "Omg that was great why hasn't the author updated since november 7th." Then when it clicked that it was me, I swear i've never located a computer faster. I'm on incognito.
I would download it on my phone, but something about typing at night on a clicky keyboard hits different, and really just makes my writing better, as weird as that sounds.
Sorry for the vent, and I was rereading and it said "I'll try to update next Thursday"
