While on the way to orange town they were stopped by two buggy pirates who came on their ship demanding money and treasure but when they stopped talking they were cut in half by Zoro for coming on the ship without permission. when they got to orange town, the town was in ruins and they were all mad so they went to confront buggy the clown. when they got to the bar buggy was at everyone on the straw hat pirates used a bit of their Haoshoku Haki to make buggy come out and knock out the cannon fodder. buggy came out scared and looked at the people on the ground, Luffy said in a harsh tone to " leave this island or die" but buggy still being his prideful self he thought he can beat everyone so he disrespected Luffy, Yamato put some Haoshoku haki in her kanabo and send buggy flying. Luffy and his crew stayed on this island for two days to help reconstruct the buildings and home. overtime Yamato and Luffy got closer and now she is his second queen. they got ready to leave but put up their flags all over the island to show that it is under their protection.
The next place is syrup village, once they got there they used Kenbunshoku Haki to scope the island, they came here for a boy named usopp until he jumped out of a bush and said "I'm the great captain Usopp and my 8 million men will kill you if you don't leave this island" Luffy And the others just laughed and Luffy explained what they were there for so they told him to get ready to leave. Usopp was so happy but said he has to say bye to someone so he ran away. Luffy was intrigued so he and his crew followed Usopp. Usopp went to a big mansion on top of a hill and was talking to a girl that looked sick, when the crew got there they saw a butler that was talking shit about Usopp father yasopp, that got Luffy mad because he will not let someone disrespect a friend, so he went up to the man and said "why would a supposed dead pirate be a butler" Kuro was shocked and tried to attack Luffy but Luffy stopped the attack and just grabbed the man by his throat and asked kaya if she knew he was a pirate, kaya was surprised and was mad so she told Luffy to get rid of him. Kuro was still in Luffy's hand so Luffy just said "decompose" and Kuros's body just disappear. His crew was not shocked at what happened to Kuro but kaya was she did not care because he was deceiving her but she thanked Luffy for his help and asked if he needed something, Luffy made a bunch of flags and handed them to kaya and said" tell people to hang these flags up every were on this island it's under my protection". kaya was happy to have someone so strong protecting this island. Luffy and his crew were getting ready to leave when they saw a ship in the distance it was Kuro's ship Luffy charged an attack and said "Lone Star" He charges a sphere of nuclear energy in his hand and shoots it at the ship, once the attack hits the ship is blown to smithereens. everyone on his crew except sabo and ace was surprised but recovered quickly, Usopp got to the ship and was amazed at the size of it but then their journey will start again.
Little did they know there was a small boat following them with a marine embalm on it
