ariel grady, adopted along with her brother by the raptor king himself. experimented on by a lab when she was young, also trying to bring back the dinos...
he took my hand before pulling me along. "you can run right?" he asked. "yeah, probably. it hurts but not loads, just like a papercut," i explained. "come on! come on! kids get inside," claire ordered before running inside the innovation centre.
owen made it in first while claire and i were slightly behind the others. owen stayed by the doors, holding his gun up, reading in case a dinosaur came along. we ran into the creation lab to see it all have been evacuated.
"they evacuated the lab," claire announced. we walked into the back room where some random and weird animals were in tanks and then also some spines of either dinosaurs or humans.
zach and grey were staring at the axolotls, owen was staring at the lizard while claire and i were looking at the bull snakes. it clicked in my head what these all were, i looked around before tapping on the glass of an animal.
"these are what the lab used to modify the dinosaurs because if they were fully part of what they are, they'd look very different to what they look like now," i explained. some ingen guys walked into the lab and put things in a highly chilled case.
"what are you doing?" claire asked. "i'm afraid thats above your pay grade, honey," hoskins answered, turning to her. "where's henry?" i questioned him. "dr wu, works for us." i moved so i was with the group as grey looked at the computer.
a genetically modified dinosaur on the screen. "that's not a real dinosaur," grey pointed out. "no, it ain't, kid... but somebody's gotta make sure that this company has a future," hoskins revealed.
"imagine, that one, a fraction of the size, deadly, intelligent, able to hide from the most advanced military technology. a living weapon, unlike anything we've ever seen. you see... millions of years of evolution, what did we learn? nature is the gift that just-" Hoskins was quickly cut off.
"shit!" he said when he spotted the raptor, echo. he jumped back while owen and i stood in front of everyone. echo's head cocked to the side and she edged closer towards the ingen leader.
"easy. easy, boy. easy. hey, hey. we're on the same side, right? right, easy. i'm on your side, " hoskins said. if he actually cared about the dinosaurs, he'd know he just misgendered her. echo turned around to me and i smirked before nodding.
one, hoskins probably would die. second of all, we would have a freeway out. he screamed and cried like a bitch before we all ran as echo decided to take a nice chunk out of hoskins body.
we turned to run for the heart of the innovation centre only to be told off by claire. "no, gys. not that way this way," she said and ran the other way. that was quickly cut off as echo came crashing through the window.
as we ran through the innovation centre grey hit one of the holograms, slowing echo down. we got out before echo realised it was just a hologram and came running after us. we ran down the steps after i shut the door.
we all stopped when blue jumped out in front of us, i turned around as the doors burst open and echo got out. delta appeared on our right and owen turned to blue. "that's how it is?" he dropped the gun, while he focused on blue i had my eyes on both of the other two.
blue growl at him as he put up his hand. "easy, easy," he said, putting his hand closer to the raptors nose. he reached around the side of her head and slowly took off the camera on the side of her head. it dropped to the floor while he remained in full eye contact with it. "that's it."
a loud roar from the indominus rex sounded through the air causing everyone to turn towards the bottom of the main street. the rex walked over before scowling them. the raptor turned around and i smiled before it growled back, loudly at the rex.
this seemed to anger the rex as it then swiped blue into the building next to it, making her go into shock. i whistled after looking at the raptors, they ran at the rex before jumping on its back and biting at her scales.
we quickly spirited around the former pack and tried not to be taken out by the tail and dove into a small souvenir stand. "twenty-four, fifty. we need more," grey said. i felt zach's arm snake around my waist and pull me further back. "more what?" claire asked.
"teeth. we need more teeth." claire got up and opened the first aid kit and took out the flare and the radio on the side of it. "okay, so you guy wait here. it's going to be fine." we nodded before watching her climb out of the stall.
delta was then flung off the rex into a bit of fire, well now she's well done. owen then dived in and put his finger to his lips, hinting for us to be quiet. he slowly turned around as the nose and mouth of the indominus rex appear and it battered the side of the stall making everything fall on top of us.
the three of us screamed while owen remained dead silent, then the hand of the indominus broke through the wall causing us all to run to the other end. her arm made it further and further towards us before she got her claw hooked onto grey's pouch.
zach reached over and unclipped it before it broke as we held on from him being dragged out. claire then came in running, the t-rex behind her and fell to the floor ad the t-rex roared at the hybrid and broke the statue of dinosaur bones.
the dinosaur arm disappeared from the hut and the two had a roar off before we got up to see what was going on. the rex started to walk toward it before grabbing the i-rex by its neck and pushing it back.
they were constantly going at each other before the i-rex was shoved into the non-broken wall of the hut. "RUN!" claire yelled out as loud as she could. we ran quickly over to her before the indominus rex was slammed into the hut, destroying it completely.
