I plop my body onto the couch. Today was definitely interesting. I sigh and take my hoodie off, letting my wings free. I stretch my wings out, since they get sore from time to time from not ever doing anything other than being stuffed into my hoodies. Gizmo jumps onto the couch, and I decide to take a nap with Giz on my chest.

I walk into my house knowing that father was home. I take my shoes off and put them neatly next to the others, since I know that he would get pissed if my shoes weren't neat.
Mother is on the couch and father is next to her. Their love is so obviously fake. Mother deserves better...
I straighten up, glancing between the back of their heads saying, "Hello father. Hello mother."
"Hello darling!" Mother smiles even though she keeps on looking at the tv.
"Hello son." Father replies, and of course he doesn't look in my direction, either.
"I'm going to go do my homework." I say, even though I know neither of them will care at the moment, so I leave.
I step into my room, shutting the door silently behind me as I walk towards my bed. I toss my bag onto the ground, and flop onto the bed. I don't even have homework; I just don't want to spend time with either of them.
I comb a hand through my hair, and my eyes start to get heavy, so I decide to take a nap.

I wake up, and I glance at the time on the tv. I end up realizing that my "nap" I had turned into sleeping. It was 1 in the morning. I yawn and I move Gizmo onto the couch to stand up, and I stretch. I grab my hoodie that's on the floor, and I walk into my room.
I take my jeans off, and I fall onto the bed. I then take off my prosthetic, and I carefully take out my glass eye, and I place it into the cup of hydrogen peroxide. I instantly start falling asleep.

I wake up, and I glance at my alarm. I basically throw myself out of bed when I realize my alarm clock didn't go off. I slightly get mad at Larry for not waking me, but it is what it is. I quickly grab clothes and my prosthetic and cup, and I speed-walk into the bathroom.

My eyes flutter open, and instantly my body hurts. My father beat the shit out of me for taking a nap and for not doing the homework that he didn't know that I didn't have.
I get out of bed, and I slightly stretch, and I instantly regret it. I cringe, since it even hurts just to stretch, but unfortunately, I always stretch when I wake up. I grab my usual clothes and I change into them. I also spray on a generous amount of cologne.
I step out of my room, and I walk into the bathroom to brush my teeth. I sigh, and I couldn't help but glance at myself in the mirror. I look like complete shit, per usual.
My right eye was all bruised and puffy again, there were slight eyebags under my eyes, and my hair was messy. I turn my gaze away from myself, and I grab my toothbrush and toothpaste to brush my teeth.
I put my brush and toothpaste away, and I decide to try and fix my hair. It slightly worked, but I don't even care at this point on what I look like for school.
