-The fire ended up damaging his vocal chords permanently, which is why his voice is more gravelly. It often gets painful for him to speak loudly, but that doesn't stop him from screaming when he wants to.
-Suffers from epilepsy and is oddly prone to heart attacks. Smile Dog sort of acts like a service dog to him, but it's not an outright thing. Thanks to the Slenderman's odd abilities however, he doesn't have too many health issues.
-Fluent in ASL and morse code.
*The reason behind knowing morse code stemmed from when he was a kid, and it was a very risky move to speak verbally. Due to this, he used morse code to talk with Liu/Sully as kids when it was clear that they'd get in hot water for talking.
*The reasoning behind him knowing ASL is similar as it also stems from Liu/Sully. Liu/Sully suffer from selective mutism, and so they use ASL to communicate when they cannot verbally, leading to Jeff learning it to help them.
-Mexican/Russian, fluent in both.
