"We don't talk about Bruno"

As we walk back to the others and sit down, Camilo whispers to me "What were you two talking about...?" "Oh nothing just girl talk," I say back taking some of Julietas delicious food

An hour later when we are done eating I help take off the table when Mirabel comes in and asks her mama if it's ok if I go with her and she says it's ok, so we go up to her room where we take out the green glowing stones and trying to put them together when Mirabel speaks up as we see her after putting three pieces together; "Why am I in your vision, Bruno...?"

And we hear a loud thunder rumbles as we turn around in shock gasping

"Pepa jeez," I say when I see her with a cloud over her head

"Sorry. Sorry, I didn't mean to..." Pepa starts as she sees the cloud over her head "Shoo, shoo, shoo" Pepa tries to get the cloud over her head away by shooing it out the door

"I just wanted to get the last of Toñito's things... and then I heard the name we do not speak," she said while picking up a toy and she starts thundering again "Great. Now I'm thundering, and that thunder will lead to a drizzle and that drizzle will lead to a sprinkle..." she says before stopping herself saying "clear skies...clear skies... clear skies..." getting herself to calm down again when Mirabel asks "Tía Pepa? If..." she starts, but hesitates a bit then continues "If Bruno..." she starts again as Pepa gets a cloud and I continue saying "If he had a vision about someone, what would it mean for them...?" And Pepa just replies with; "we don't talk about Bruno" Then Mirabel starts "I know. It's just hypothetically if he saw you..." "Mirabel, please, we need to get ready for the Guzmáns" Pepa says trying to get her cloud away again "I just wanna know if it was generally positive or, like, less positive..." Mirabel tries and now Félix storms in as if he had been standing outside the door listening to what we were saying

"It was a nightmare!!!" He yells and Pepa yells at her husband trying to get him to stop but he keeps on going saying "Hey, they need to know, Pepi, they need to know..." and Pepa gets up saying "We don't talk about Bruno." But Félix doesn't stop "He would see something terrible. And then...tick...tick...tick...BOOM! It would happen." He says as Pepa interrupts him "We don't talk about Bruno" and I ask "What if you don't understand what he saw?" and Félix replies "Then you better figure it out, because it was coming for you."

And then Pepa starts singing getting in between the three of us "We don't talk about Bruno-no-no-no..." "We don't talk about Bruno" she sings as she and Félix start getting in a dancing position and continue singing "But it was my wedding day" "It was our wedding day" Félix correct her as Pepa gives him a dirty-looking look and they continue as I walk out letting them to it

I hear Abuela Alma call "time for dinner" and as I walk down I see everyone sitting at the table I walk over to sit next to Camilo

We are sitting at the table as Mriabel and Dolores are having an intense staring contest

Then as soon as Mariano is handing Mirabel a bowl of avocado Dolores turns to me and Camilo and whispers to us saying "Mirabel and Y/n found Bruno's vision..." and Camilo starts shapeshifting into Mirabel then... me? Then Bruno and then back to his sort of normal self when Félix tells Camilo to fix his face, and Camilo turns to his Papa and whispers to him making Félix accidentally spit out his water on Mariano

Then when Abuela Alma asks Mirabel for the cream Félix turns to his wife and whisper to her as a cloud form over her head "Pepa the cloud" Abuela Alma says as Pepa starts mumbling clear skies while running her hands through her hair then turns to Mirabels mama Julieta as Mirabel then look down and she then looks under the table "Mirabel...?" Mariano asks as Mirabel hits her head on the table getting up from under it "everything ok...?" Mariano asks as her pá then answers for her saying "Everything is great, she's just excited for... u to propose... which uh- you should do as fast as you can" Mariano says "Uh... I was actually gonna-" But before he can say everything else Mirabel interrupts him saying "You're actually gonna" As she turns Isabella to face him

And that's when Mariano's mama says "W-we-well since everyone here has a talent my Mariano wanted to begin with a song" and then she turns to Luisa who looks like she's about to break down any minute saying "Luisa could you bring out the piano?" Luisa replied with "ok..." as she walks out almost crying

When Mirabel gets up saying "Uh, it's actually family tradition to sing after" she walks up behind Mariano's chair and gets him off his chair down on one knee Mariano clears his throat taking out a ring saying "Isabella, most graceful of all the Madrigals..." as Mirabel throws herself on the ground getting everyone's attention as she says "your doing great" as Mariano continues "the most perfect flower in this entire Encanto..." as Luisa comes in dragging the piano in then breaking down

When Mariano continues saying "Will you marry-" but gets cut off by Mirabel yelling and throwing herself under the table as Luisa's now on the ground crying

Pepa's cloud came back and the Toucans flew out scared from the thundering of Pepa's cloud and that was when Dolores speaks up saying "Mirabel and y/n found Bruno's vision. They're in it. They're gonna destroy the magic and now, we're all doomed!" As she holds her hands on her ears

And that is when Mirabel comes up from under the table chasing some of Antonio's animals with the vision trying to get it as it slides perfectly in front of Abuela Alma

Then the house starts cracking more Dolores holding her ears Camilo shapeshifts into a baby with a mustache Pepa's cloud gets bigger Isabella's flowers hit Mariano in the face

Then the doors fly open to see the town outside ready to celebrate the engagement of Isabella and Mariano

Then it starts pouring down

The Guzmans leave and Abuela runs after them trying to explain Mirabel running after Abuela Alma as I follow Mirabel saying "Abuela, please! There's gotta be an explanation." Then Isabella comes out yelling at Mirabel saying that she hates her Luisa sodding saying she's a loser Augustin follows her trying to make her calm down Pepa yells at us asking "What did you do?!" "We didn't do anything! It's Bruno's vision! It's..." Mirabel starts but soon stop's again turning around and as I'm about to go after her I feel Someone take me by my wrist

I turn around to see Abuela alma stadia there with a not-so-happy facial expression and that's when she starts yelling at me "YOU!! EVER SINCE YOU CAME IT ALL WENT DOWNHILL!!" I can feel the tears form in my eyes as I look down avoiding eye contact as much as possible when she turns around to face Mirabel's parents and I just stand there all in one big blur when I feel a hand gently on my shoulder I look up and see Camilo there as I fall into his arms crying on his shoulder as Dolores and Antonio comes over too trying to calm me down

As I calm down a little I let go of Camilo and then just start walking upstairs when Camilo asks where I'm going I just say that I need to be alone when I get up I go to my room and sit there for a while Thinking 'why me...? Why did you choose me out of all people...?' I think to myself as I look at the necklace that I have taken off And then I hear footsteps coming from outside I quickly take my necklace back on and jump out of the window swinging down the vines from the house and I run into the forest not knowing where to go hearing everyone's faint yells behind me but I still keep running

I end up at a river that exact river I ran over yesterday trying to get away from the men, and I sit down behind a tree trying to take in what just happened when I see black features in the distance and I knew exactly what it was... and who it was...
