I was super busy and didn't have time to update, sorry about that ^^' I worked on it when I could though and now I've got more time.

I do want to make it up to you guys for the super long wait though, so if there's anything specific that y'all want (side quest, non-cannon(?) stuff, a oneshot with a different character, etc!) just let me know!! Feel free to brainstorm in the comments if ya' want ^^

Also, this chapter will be a bit longer since the wait was longer :')  (A/n)

School. Fucking. Sucks.

Your eyes fluttered open haphazardly, your brain and body still attempting to recover from the heavenly deep sleep. You wanted to be tired enough to ignore your alarm, to call it a day and run away to the wonderland that was the Pizzaplex. A home away from home, if you will. Your grades, as decent as they were, could not handle missing even one more day. Then again, it wasn't entirely your fault that you were sick for a week straight. A headache that you will never miss nor forget.

The sun's rays nipping lightly at your skin through your bedroom window was the thing that had finally forced you out of that dangerously comfortable bed. Well, that and the fact that you wanted to see Sun, of course. He would, at the very least, make everything that you were about to endure worthwhile. Maybe you would get to watch some cartoons on the activity tablets. They were so small, with so many different colors and games. During your previous adventure, over a few of the children's shoulders, you took a quick note of the many kinds of apps that were on the tablets. There were a variety of learning apps. You were full-on daydreaming at this point, all while simultaneously avoiding eye contact with any screen bearing the current time.

Come on now, snap out of it, education is important. Sun would encourage you to learn, to do the best you can, right?  You grumpily pushed the endearing thoughts away during your short walk towards the bathroom door. After your quick shower, you wore those jean overalls that you had tucked away in your closet for God knows how long, along with your (f/c) shirt and some running shoes.

"Perfect." You mumbled to yourself as you observed your outfit of the day, this would provide ample mobility in case tag was on the agenda. Speaking of, Sun would probably be busy with his job, which was understandable of course, but the oh-so-quiet voice in the back of your head told you otherwise. The last thing you wanted was to be in the way or bother him.

You had to engrain it into your brain that he wasn't there just for you or to be your stress reliever. But you couldn't help but picture him swatting those negative thoughts away and telling you that there was no way you could be any kind of disruptive burden.
