Joe's pov
I gasp and flutter my eyes trying to clear my vision after i feel coldness and wetness on me. I rub my eyes and see taylor giggling with snow in her hand. She throws second snowball at me and runs outside laughing like a kid.
"fuck" i mumble and get up to change.

I run outside looking for taylor as i spot her in the trees. I make a huge snowball and make my way towards her smashing it in her face.
"how's that swift hm?" i smirk.
"fuck you Joseph" she says after swallowing a little bit of snow.
"when?"
"wha-" her jaw drops open as i throw my head back, laughing like a little kid.
"it's a joke you need to calm down girl"
"thank god" she says and runs to cisco and caitlin whom i just spotted.
"hey wait!" i shout and approach them.
"hi Joe" caitlin smiles to me.
"hey caitlin" i smile and stand there awkwardly.
"i have an idea!" cisco suddenly shouts.
"wanna build a snowman?" he grins and we all agree.
We gather together and make a big snowman while singing along with sia's "snowman" whole time. In between i glance over taylor who is giggling like a child, with adorable look on her face. I wish i could grab her and kiss her but we're in the middle of the street right now and i also don't think she would allow that, so i just continue working on our snowman.
"I think we should go eat and rest guys for a while, don't ya'll think?" cisco asks with a red, very red cheeks and also red hands, breathing deeply.
"i think that's a good idea" taylor smiles with a flushed face, slight rosy pink on the tip of her nose which makes her absolutely cute.
We all agree on eating and go to jitters before ordering some hot chocolate/coffee and making ourselves comfortable on the table. I sit next to taylor who really doesn't pay attention to me.
caitlin jumps and screams a little after being poured by a really hot coffee on her whole body.
"oh my god, I'm so so so sorry i- i didn't mean to, sorry, are you okay?" a boy panics after accidentally pouring latte on her.
"if we will ignore that I'm in literal pain right now i'm alright" she gasps and gets up slowly, frown appearing on her face when she realizes he got her favorite outfit dirty.
"I'm so sorry, how can i help you?" he asks.
"just- leave me alone please"
"alright but I'm really sorry, again." he shrugs and leaves awkwardly.
"cait I'll get you back at your dorm to change and you guys buy some donuts and more hot chocolate!!!" i command and follow caitlin.
We get in her dorm soon and she changes into a hoodie and some comfortable pants. We head into my dorm where boys are.
"wanna have a movie marathon?" cisco smirks. He and his marathons oh my god.
"okay but i choose a movie!" i shout and sit down next to Joe. He sighs with sadness but let's me choose it. I pick "time lapse" which always leaves a psychological effect everytime i watch it. (from experience ya'll)
Instinctively i get closer and closer throughout the movie, especially at the last scene where callie kills both, jasper and finn god- she's absolutely insane. I finally end up cuddling with Joe while watching how she gets dragged to the police through force. And also, finally the camera takes a picture of tomorrow and it suddenly cuts blank until it shows the picture.
"god what the heck?? I wanted to see the picture, just- WHY?" cisco shouts with anger.
"i know right! It's not fair" caitlin agrees before stuffing her mouth full with popcorn.
"okay now i pick the movieee" cisco says and plays jurassic park - his all time favorite.
We watch a few more movies and finally only me and joe are in the dorm again. Without a word, he and i get into pajamas and roll into bed silently, not even saying goodnights.
After 2 hours of rolling around in bed, i check the time which ironically is 2am. Sighing, i get up and put on robe before looking over joe who's sleeping peacefully.
I sit on the bed for a while thinking what to do. After a few minutes i get up and put on socks and my warmest coat with a hat on before heading outside. I wander through streets alone, lights are off everywhere, except there are some people still up on a yellow lights. There is snow everywhere, especially on trees like they have a soft, cozy blankets on. I'm feeling a lighter right now, at peace.
I already reach the park i wanted to go and wander there also, there are lots of trees here, covered in white, cold snow. The whole park is empty, well why it wouldn't be- it's freaking 2a.m but i like that I'm only person here. I hate crowds and people, they just betray amd hurt you, nothing more.
I soon get tired from walking and sit down on bench - good thing i brought a book with me. I shuffle my hands in pockets and take out earphones, plugging into phone and turning on my Spotify Playlist. I always enjoy listening to music while reading, it kind of blocks out all the noise from outside and you get lost in book, like i did now.
I don't even know how long i sit there when i feel someone tapping on my shoulder which makes me scream.
"ahh! Joe you scared the shit out of me" i say in annoyance.
"sorry?"
"why are you here or how did you find me"
"i got worried when i didn't see you in bed so i came to find you when i remembered how much you love this place" he chuckles.
"yeah, it reminds me of my childhood, when i used to play with my brother all the time" i sigh and look away.
"did something happen to him?" he takes my hand in his and rubs circles on it with his thumb.
"no but we fought. I haven't seen him for years but i kinda miss him" i wipe my tears from my eyes before they fall out.
"maybe you should talk to him, you know he maybe misses his only sister too"
"yea i don't think so but i may try" i say and smile to joe "thank you" i whisper and hug him tightly.
"of course" he smiles and kisses me on forehead.
"now let's get you back to bed bookworm" he laughs and leads me to our dorm.
"oh watch out school nerd" i giggle and ran forward, leaving him confused for a minute before he chases after me.
We ran for a few minutes and don't even realize how it starts snowing really hard. I stop and look up focusing on dark, black sky and little snowflakes which melts as they land on me. Suddenly i feel warm arms wrapping around me and i turn around quickly, looking into his ocean blue eyes.
"too slow" he smirks and i only smile softly, not breaking an eye contact but I'm highly aware that I'm blushing so hard right now.
We stare in each other's eyes for a while before we close our eyes and our lips make contact and move slowly, passionately. I have to say i missed those soft lips of his and here we are, standing in the middle of dark street at 2am, little snowflakes falling on us gently and both of us freezing yet it's a magical moment. I slowly open my eyes and look down, blushing too hard right now. Without any word, we make our way to the dorm where we get in beds as we step in the room, warming up a little. I close my eyes and think about the kiss over and over again until i fall asleep.
