Epilogue - You Fixed New Beginnings

"Scarlet you ready! You have to leave now or you'll be late!" My mom yelled from downstairs.

"I'll be there in a minute!" I called back. I did a quick once over of my outfit before deciding it was good. I ran downstairs and grabbed my lunch I had packed the night before. "God, I don't want to go back to school."

"Well, you have to. But someone is waiting for you at the door." My mom said.

My brows knit together. "What? Who?"

"Go see for yourself. And have a good day."

"Alright, bye mom." I kissed her cheek before running to the door. There stood Jay with his hands in his jeans, waiting for me. "Jay?"

"Hey beautiful." He said. I laughed and ran up to give him a quick kiss.

"What are you doing here? You remember we have school right?" I asked.

"I know. That's why I'm here. I'm driving you." He said. I smiled and gave him another kiss.

"Thank you."

He shrugged. "Just being the best boyfriend out there. Now let's go." He said and opened the front door. We walked to his car and Jay help open my door. He got in his side and we started driving to school. One hand on the wheel and the other holding my hand on the center console.

When we arrived Jay parked his car and smiled at me. "You ready?" He asked.

"To go in there? Never." I joked.

Jay smiled and shook his head. "I meant are you ready to show them your amazing new boyfriend?"

I smiled and leaned over the console to kiss him. Jay put a hand in my hair, kissing me back before we both pulled away. "I was born ready."

IT'S DONE!! YAY!! :)

Shortest epilogue, I know, but I like this one short. It fits. I didn't need to like make anything amazing or super long. Just a fun way to end the story while letting it continue in it's own light. Also the title of the epilogue had a different format than the others because it resembles Scarlet moving on to focusing completely on Jay and stuff. In case that wasn't obvious.

But I am so happy I finished! I am also so fucking surprised I finished it. Like holy crap that was fast. Yes it was a shorter story than I would normally write, but I finished this in record time. Did the fact that I had three weeks off on Christmas Break help? Tremendously. Does that take away from this achievement. Hell no.

Thank you so much for reading this story. I really hope you enjoyed it. I will be writing more stories, but I will probably wait a bit or like take much longer because school starts in like a day for me. Yuck. But just know, there will be another. Thank you again so much!!
