Xiao finally gets home and by now it's the night. He makes his way up his bedroom. He was towards his bed and sat down, he was thinking to calling Aether so he grab his phone out of his pocket and texted Aether first.

Xiao: Aether it's me Xiao can u call you?

Aether is typing...

Aether: Oh yes

Xiao press the call button and waited for Aether to answer.

"Aether I need to tell you about what happened yesterday-"

Xiao stop for a moment

"Are you still in the coffee shop?"

"Yes, why?"

"I'm coming"

"W-What why-?!"

Xiao ends the call and grabs his black leather jacket and puts it on. He rushes out the door and closes the door behind him.

It took a while but he made it to the coffee shop where Aether was cleaning the place.

He knock on the door which made Aether flinch and he walks towards the door to open it.

"Xiao- wait why were you in the rush-?"

"Because remember the people who were beating me up"

Aether raise his eyebrow and nodded

"Well their after you and they know you work here"

Aether grabbed Xiao's hand pull him inside while Aether was locking the door he turn to Xiao.

"W-Why tell me now I would have gone home-?"

Xiao crosses arms while Aether made an "oh" face

"I was until your boyfriend got in the way-"

Aether rolls his eyes

"He's not my b-boyfriend!"

"You say that but he treats you like you were his boyfriend"

Aether frowned

"Let's hide behind the counter they won't see us"

Aether nodded and they both rush to the counter, about 10 minutes Xiao peek to see anyone was there and surprisingly the two men were there looking through the window.

"I'm going to tell Albedo we're stuck here-"

"Of course you would he's your boyfriend"

Xiao rolls his eyes

"For the last time, he isn't my boyfriend-"

Xiao cover Aether mouth with his hand, Xiao heard the men talking

"He isn't here"

"That brat better pay for my eye"

"Like an eye for an eye?"

"Let's just go but tomorrow morning I will see him"

Xiao peeks to see men walking away from the coffee shop and look back at Aether he was pale afraid didn't say a word.

"Why don't I stay in your place for today"

Aether looks at Xiao and nodded

Aether and Xiao headed to Aether's house which Xiao notice his place was a mess. Aether was embarrassed and tries to change the subject.

"I will clean up the mess while you take a bath"

Aether shook his head

"Thank you but it's my mess...."

"It's fine I will do it now take a bath"

Aether nodded and runs towards his bed to grab a towel quickly without thinking he forgot his pajamas.

While Xiao was cleaning Aether took his time about 20 minutes and when he turn off the water, he gets out of the bath and wraps himself with the towel.

'MY CLOTHES!'

Aether was dying inside but then calm down and opened the door and peek to see if Xiao was distracted.

Xiao was still cleaning but he was almost done

'Phew...' Aether thought

Aether walks towards his bedroom and he was about to get inside his bedroom he made a creak.

"Aether?"

Xiao turns around and looks for Aether.

"W-Wait Xiao"

"Aether you finish taking a bath-?"

Xiao saw Aether with his towel on and he quickly turns around all red.

"Aether the hell?!"

"I forgot my clothes!"

Aether opens his bedroom door and closes the door behind him

Xiao couldn't take the image in his head so he decided to knock on the door to check Aether.

"Aether...I finish cleaning the place and I was wondering where I could sleep"

Aether opens the door slowly he met Xiao's eyes and look away

"You can sleep in the guest bedroom..."

"Don't worry I won't tell anyone"

"N-No that's not it but let me show you where the guest bedroom is"

Xiao nodded and follow Aether, Xiao opens the door and look back at Aether

"Good night Aether"

"-Oh good night Xiao..."

Xiao watches Aether walks towards his bedroom so he closes the door.
