So I've decided to drop this book. If you haven't noticed, I haven't updated it in ages. I was hoping to get further than this but things just didn't work out. So before I go into my reasons behind why, I thought I'd let you know that if you're interested in finishing the story, I don't mind sending you all the "lore" I made for it as well as all the chapters. Just let me know and I will send it over to you. Or if you simply want to take inspiration from this I would be happy for you to do so (obviously don't blatantly copy).
This was the first fanfic and book I ever really tried to write. I like writing but I know I'm not good at it. I have to constantly rewrite and edit what I'm doing to reach this impossible level of perfection that someone like me just can't reach. There was also a death in the family towards the end of 2021 and a decline in the health of my grandmother plus some other family issues that I won't bore you with. It made me unmotivated and honestly lazy. I just didn't want to deal with writing this book. I went on to other projects that will never see the light of day and ignored this book. I guess this boils down to; life issues and laziness.
Again, if you're interested, I don't mind if you pick up this book. Just let me know so I can send you all the *lore* and story stuff I made. This includes a full timeline and terribly cliche plot twist ideas. I would love to see this book finished but I just can't.
I hope one day you can read the finished book but for now all I can say is that I am incredibly thankful for those who gave this book a chance. Goodbye and stay safe out there
