»C'mon boys, we have an important game this weekend!«

The past few days, he's been shouting at the boys constantly, since this game indeed is a very important one.

After the victory against Aoba Jousai, the team got kinda lazy, walking around proud with the thought of finally winning and getting back the status they used to have.

But with this confidence, Ukai fears, that they will think they can win every game now but the one against Shiratorizawa is something they haven't experienced yet.

I know that he's worried and upset about how the boys act right now but he shouldn't stress them nor him out that much.

As the Manager of the Karasuno High school Volleyball team, I need to manage all of the organisation things, care about the schedule and have a look over the boys.

I have to make sure they're on time, not injured or unable to play or not breaking any rules.
We managers are also in charge of the marketing and how we present our team. Advertisement, social media, TV, and Magazines.

Talking 'bout that makes me realize how much effort we have to put into the sports of our school system. But we always had a strict school system, so we're used to it.

School Uniforms, strict and not excusable schedules, separating girls from boys. Nothing in between.
So it's not easy for me, being a 18 years old girl, that is the manager of a whole group of boys.

Well, to be honest, I really didn't give a crap about those strict rules. Starting with my secret relationship.

Being in a relationship with a boy automatically makes you a slut. All the whispers you get, walking along the hallway. A reason why a lot of girls have already left this system of control.

So it makes sense I'm hiding my relationship but that's not the only reason.
Because I'm not only in a relationship but with someone that will loose his whole life if anyone finds out about us.

It's not a boy. Nor a teacher or student.

His name is Keishin. Keishin Ukai.

The coach of the Karasuno Volleyball team, grandson of the great Volleyball coach Ukai, the Karasuno first had before he got too old for his job.

That's him. My secret lover.

I don't even remember how it started... Must have been that night. After the victory against Aoba Jousai. The first real win we had in ages.

The boys were so happy but also so exhausted. We actually planned to celebrate but as soon as the boys sat down at the table, they were like sucked out of energy.

I remember Ukai shouting at them just as always.

»Eat or sleep! But make a choice, don't do both!«

I could chuckle again just by thinking of that.

So the boys went to bed right after he said that. And as soon as they left, there were only Keshin and I. And that's were our secret story began...

He sighed. The past months of training must've been stressful for him too.
I mean, the boys can be such a pain in the ass.
Not to mention that he originally didn't even plan to stay at Karasuno.

»You must feel relieved. At least a bit, don't you?«
I said, leaning towards the table in front of me.

»For now. There's still a lot to do, since I have to make a completely new plan of the game. Shiratorizawa is a real rival.«
