She smiled in front of death, it was a good life, with a kiss, she left him as the last tears and blood became one with the soil beneath,

The scout mission team, consisted of Kaeya, Eula, Amber and y/n, headed towards dragonspine at 9 a.m. It's when people are still busy with their own things.

Y/n and Kaeya was at the front. They seem to be discussing about their plan once they got there. Amber an Eula can't hear anything.

Amber slowly approached Eula, who has been quiet ever since the incident in Kaeya's office.

"Eula?" She called.

"Hm?" She turned to Amber.

"I want to ask you something" she said, looking almost as if she was scared.

"Sure. Go ahead" Eula reassured her.

"Umm. Did you get into a fight with him? Y/n, I mean" she said, pointing towards the man in front of her.

Instantly, Eula's expression darkened.

"It's not a fight. More like clearing up things between us" she said.

"But just now, both of you had a pretty heated argument" she added.

"I told you. It was a misunderstanding" Eula replied.

"But-"

"No Amber. I'd rather if you bring up other topics" Eula said.

"You said you brought us a matching blanket right? How about letting me see them once we settle down?" She suggested, which immediately lit up Amber's eyes.

"Yeah, I can't wait to finally set up our camp" she said, hopping around in excitement.

"I look forward to it too" Eula said and turned forward.

"Let's take the back door. The fatuis is likely to have already set a watcher on the bridge. We have to stay low. Kaeya informed the team.

After an hour of walking or so, they finally met with a giant lake.

Dragonspine can be seen from their position. It was separated by the water for about 400 meters away.

"And how are we going to cross that?" Y/n said as he observed the water level. Then he saw Kaeya doing some light stretch.

"That's easy. Eula" Kaeya calls out.

"I'm ready" she responded and approach the lake. She stomped her feet, focusing her vision powers to spread forward. Then the surface starts freezing.

The cryo power keeps going forward until it slowly dies.

"Let's go fast. This ice bridge won't last long" Kaeya said and sprinted forward.

After reaching at the end of the ice bridge, Kaeya pulled out his sword and stab it into the water, recreating the same ice bridge like Eula did before.

After a long sprint, everyone stopped to catch some breath.

"Haahahahhaaha. I win the race" Kaeya's laughed was mixed between his breath.

"Having a vision is very handy huh" y/n commented.

"...why are you not surprised?" Amber asked him.

"..."

"..."

The question was forwarded to y/n but Eula could also feel the awkwardness.

"I don't know" y/n denied.

"Nevertheless, we made it into the enemies lair. So we either face them head on, which will resulted in certain doom, or lay low" Kaeya said.
