To which the tears of rocks fall,
Beneath and under the wave of gale,
To where will love decide to settle,
Upon which one will her first gaze fell,

Three days of walking. The scout team is running low on supplies. But their destination was near. They can't give up now.

Kaeya examined their resting spot. There was a sign left by what seems to be a group of people. Probably the adventurers.

"From the looks of it. This marks seems to have stayed here for a day. The adventurer party must've left yesterday" Amber said as she looks around.

"Then we'll rest here for a moment. There's still 3 hours before the warming effects wear off" Eula said.

"We can't do that. The adventurer party is moving. Stop now and we won't have enough resources to catch up to them" y/n said as he gasped rapidly for air.

"Then what do you suggests?" Eula asked him.

"Listen to what the leader says" he replied.

Everyone looks at Kaeya.

"How many seelie essence you guys have left?" Kaeya asked has he settled down.

"I have 1 more left" Amber said.

"Me too" Eula raised her hand.

Y/n was silent for a while.

"Same here" he said shortly after.

Eula stared at him. Then she turns away. She can't simply ignore what she saw before.

If her speculation was right, y/n's mission is to spy on Monstadt movements. Or specifically, the scout team sent to dragonspine.

If his mission was to eliminate, then he could have silently slit everyone's throat at night. After all, he has an amazing control over his body to compensate for his lacks of vision power.

Since that night, Eula couldn't sleep without thinking about y/n silently claimed her life at night with a knife.

"Seems like we can't rest. Y/n is right, even though I hope he's not" Kaeya said and brush off the dust on his shoulders.

"Let's go. Time is against us". Kaeya got on his feet. The others did the same.

Amber close up to Eula.

"Hey. Aren't you going to make up with y/n?" She said.

Eula just smiled to her in response.

"If only you know how I feel" she said.

"You're just making excuses" Amber refuted, seemingly to have misunderstood the message behind Eula's words.

"I think I am. I just don't want to talk to him for now" Eula admitted it nonetheless.

"If you really don't feel like talking then I won't force you. But keep in mind that the longer you stay like this the harder it is to fix the situation" Amber reminded Eula.

"I'll remember that" she replied.

Eula turns to look at y/n. He's an enemy. No matter how much she tries to denies it.

Eula have never desired for someone as much as she desired y/n. She have never loved her family, so their passing doesn't affect her in the slightest.

Eula even felt a little bad since she couldn't get her vengeance on them.

But how would she react if someone she actually cares about, forced her to choose?

Eula was thinking about this same thing over and over again. She couldn't seem to come into conclusion.
