"For fuck sake Ran, let her sign the budget approval and stop playing around!" Koko wanted to choke him already because Ran is being too clingy
He needs four signatures: Mikey, Sanzu, Kakucho and Y/N's in order to release the budget he calculated for the month but here they are, Ran's arms wrapped around Y/N from behind while his face is buried on her neck.
"Five minutes," Ran murmured, making Y/N chuckle
She raised her hand to sign but Ran took it and held her hand, "angel, I need attention."
"Stupid dumbass," Koko glared
"Come on, Ran. I'll just sign, I'm done checking it anyway," Y/N said softly, making Ran sigh in defeat
"I hate you, Kokonoi," Ran rolled his eyes
"Same," Koko rolled his eyes as well, "by the way, Y/N, are you free for lunch? There are things I wanted to talk with you."
"Yes, I am," she answered as she handed the papers
"Cool, I'll drop by your office so we could go together then," Koko reviewed the papers before making his way to the door, "see you later."
"I'll go with you," Ran declared – yes, declared. He didn't ask, he was just informing her.
"You have a lunch meeting with Mikey, right?"
Ran groaned and laid his head on her table, making her laugh. She brushed his soft hair and gave his head a pat, "I know you still have work to do, go do it already."
Ran nodded and was about to kiss her cheek but she turned her head and it landed on her lips, making their eyes go wide at the accidental kiss they shared.
"That was your fault, it was supposed to be on your cheek!" Ran defensively said
She shook her head, "liar. If I know, you wanted to kiss me!"
"Angel, I do want to kiss you but I'm not rushing anything so don't accuse me here and own up your mistake," he scoffed as he stood straight and fixed his coat, "you could just ask, you know."
"I think I've been too nice to you to accuse me," she raised her brow and crossed her legs while pointing at the door, "leave, Haitani."
He gulped and gave her a salute, "yes ma'am."
She chuckled as he went out but sticked his head in again, "don't forget about Keisashi and Ryu, it's this afternoon."
She nodded as he made his way out, for real this time, leaving her wondering again. Ryu and Kisaki, do they have a connection? If that's the case, is he after Bonten or Dojin Kai? Both?
